Told me that they got the unit going and put 2 lbs of freon in. Was told I need a new unit. A/C ran for 6 days and stopped working again. Called in someone else who told me that the reason my unit stopped running was that the coils were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Freon was not the issue. He cleaned the coils and gave my unit a go over and told me I do not need a new unit. He stayed about 1 hour going over the unit and making sure everything was working properly. Charged me less than 1/2 of what I payed Allstate for less than 15 minutes of service. To add insult to injury I found out that I was overcharged for the 2 lbs of freon by Allstate ($450.00).

Model = Bradford White High Efficiency Gas Water Heater (250H6n) = 4.4 gallon Thermal expansion tank The initial request for an estimate: We called in the afternoon, Bryan (the owner) came out nice and early the next morning. He gave us a quote "on the spot", no smoke and mirrors or I'll get back to you. Pricing: I bid out the job to several companies and B.Z. was VERY fair and worked with us on all my options. Responded to any/all changes until we reached the actual setup I wanted. Customer Service: Guys were respectful and even had a sense of humor. There was also a mixup with the expansion tank given by the supplier; was smaller than what I ordered. When I noticed and let the guys know; Bryan himself showed up to deliver the correct size tank. He/they didn't choose to try and sell me on why it doesn't matter or any other bs. I truly appreciated the just get it corrected approach Bryan took. The install: Work began the next day after I signed. Clean install, they addressed any code violations and all seems well so far :) We will be using B.Z. again in the future and would recommend them to friends as well. I left a message in hopes they would hear my urgency and call, but it was at 9am the next day. Needless to say, we are switching to a company that can provide service when we need it.

From calling to book an appointment and getting the estimate booked quickly/within a shorter timeframe, to a very thorough appointment -we felt satisfied right away. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and took their time. We worked with Bobby the owner and Robal for communications, Julie the owner also gave us a call to check in. The only part of the process that took longer was the towns fault on slow permit processing, which to add, American Airflow gave us updates on timeframe during it. We also didn't have to do any of the permit work other than set up final inspections. They used a really great electrician company that we plan to use for other upcoming projects as well. Day of install came, techs were on time, professional, polite, extremely neat while working and with clean up, and took the extra time to explain the units to me as well as the (slightly tricky Mitsubishi) remote. Over a year ago we had our water tank burst in the middle of the night and at a recommendation of a friend we called Total Comfort. They were able to replace the best day. But, as a result I was duped into entering their preventative maintenance plan. This of course includes a yearly AC maintenance visit. It seems every time they come they find umpteen things wrong with the units and the cost for repairs are unsurprisingly astronomical. I went through this twice already with them. I immediately called a competitor following both visits and had them give a second opinion. Sure enough, I didn't need to do a vast majority of their "recommended" repairs. Never again with this company.

His techs - Mark and Robert -were here all day and did not stop until job was done, checking to make sure it was working properly and explaining the system to us so it can function for years to come. They were cordial in working in masks in this trying time (and with us wearing them in our home as well to protect them). Removing the old furnace was a task in itself as it easily weighed OVER 500 lbs and had to be broken up in two pieces to get out of our basement! I had used DB prior to for our annual AC checks, but this is the first big time job and couldn't be happier. Great service all the way around.

I called a different company with obviously a more technical know how and they said it was a leak the whole time. O'Neill didn't find it. Obviously they're hiring techs with very little capability. Get a more reputable company. This field of expertise is too expensive for the consumer to have half wits fixing things this complicated.
