I Called them out after finding my boiler was leaking. They responded immediately and had an employee out there in 2 hours. He was kind and spent a few hours trying to fix it and explaining to me (not a plumber) what he was doing and why. Eventually he figured it out and called to try and get the part, but they no longer had it in stock so we decided to replace it. He got it under warranty for me and dealt with the process and picked it up and installed it and re-piped everything, all for a very reasonable price, especially when you compare them to what other companies charge. I have used Von Plumbing for close to 8 years now on numerous occasions. The most critical of times was Christmas morning, when my sump pump broke and flooded my basement. Michael and his son came right away and were able to stop the flooding, get rid of the water and had a new sump pump on him. He also gave me a great restoration place to take care of the mold. he most recently saved me without ever coming over. He walked me through a water heater issue over texts and FaceTime. We moved to the area over the summer and it has been really difficult to find reliable services as we work on our new home.
