Andre measured our ducts himself, then installed a damper four inches too narrow for the main duct. Either he never checked, or he checked and installed it anyway. It took three months and his own technician to admit what was wrong. He ordered the correct part in May, told us it arrived in June, then never came back to install it. When I finally left a review, he answered within hours -- after weeks of ignoring my emails: "the review must be removed before we come back or Il just return it." Then, an hour later: "I don't even want to work for you at all... you can take a walk." Six months on, our zoning system still doesn't zone, we're paying to heat/cool two-thirds of a floor nobody is using, and the part we paid for is sitting in his shop.

The end result is Bertoli office refused to repair any of THEIR damage unless we gave them another $895.00. This company is a disgrace to the township of Rockaway if they can't stand behind their incompetence.
