After having two appliance companies come out to diagnose my dishwasher, do repairs and even suggest to unplug the dishwasher prior to having Prolite Appliance Service and Repair come out. They determined the malfunction, determined I needed a new dishwasher because the parts were more than the cost of a new dishwasher. They are honest, communicate well, get the job done right the first time around. They installed my new dishwasher as soon as it came in. Horrible!! do not recommend at all. first of all scheduled an appointment with Nancy for 1/6/23 time frame 3-5pm, got a call the night before asking if the technician would be able to come from 1-3pm Instead, I told her it was fine, just to be sure to call my husband when they were on the way, because he would be home waiting. Nancy said she would put it down on the order. At 3:26 pm I received a call (while I was at work) from Aaron, ("Hi this _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ pro lite appliance telephone number is 5594790565594793056 we had appointment today to come out and take a look at your refrigerator just want to call to make sure that somebody would be there cause I know you're in the sanger area, if you were available call me back if not let me know and we will reschedule appointment all right and if you need to reschedule please call 559664762 thank you bye-) I wasn't able to pull away from work to check my VM right away, so by the time I called back it' had been 20mins or so, I called my husband and asked if they got a hold of him, like they were supposed to. He said no one called him, nor did anyone message him. I checked the ring door bell to see if maybe he was sitting outside at that time, but he was not. my husband was outside doing yard work and was right in front of the ring door bell at the time Aaron said he "called", also at that same time we had an HVAC technician outside & him and my husband were talking. I called Aaron and he said he called us, & left messages and waited for 20 mins before he headed back to the office, I told him I asked specifically for them to call my husband, and informed him my husband never received a call. He said he called and that he was too far away to turn around and go back. ( HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE) I then called Nancy back and told her what happened, and told her i specifically said to have them call him, she said she would call Aaron and see if he could go back. About 10-15 mins later she called me back and said that he told her he called my husband first then called me, when I told her he never called my husband, she said Aaron told her he was waiting outside my house for 20mins... I informed her I have a ring door bell that shows my entire front yard & he was never there. I also told her if he was there like he said, why didn't he get off and knock, and even more he would have seen my husband walking around outside with the HVAC tech. She said that she would have to talk to him about him saying he called, and about him being there. I told her I would let my home warranty know I wanted another appliance company and I would be doing a review. Nancy then tried to reschedule for another appointment, I told her not to even bother!!! I looked up the company and seen that Aaron is the "manager" but he has horrible customer service skills. My washer no longer works. In fact my laundry room flooded, and my washer isn't working at all! Ordering parts and labor to repair this washer isn't worth it, compared to purchasing a new washer/dryer from Costco. The dryer also had major problems too. Costco now has a Labor Day sale, with great prices on an LG set of washer/dryer. I ordered an LG washer and dryer. They were highly rated in Consumer Reports, and this is the pair that will be delivered tomorrow, August 29, 2023. PS: This same appliance repair company worked for me about 4 or 5 years ago when my Kenmore fridge also stopped working. I have used their service twice within 6-months. Every time the appointment was made in a timely manner and Aaron was prompt. Aaron diagnosed the issues, order the parts and came back to install within a couple of weeks even during the holidays. If I could give 0 stars I would. This guy is a a complete rip off. I had him come check my dishwasher as it was not working. He diagnosed it with a bad pump and wanted to charge $798 for repairs or suggested we buy a new one. This guy never once unplugged, took anything apart or properly checked it. All he did was open it and try to run the cycle and charged $100 for a completely wrong diagnosis. My dishwasher is only 5 years old, I believed it was too new to have a bad pump. 3 days after he came I decided to run it on a different wash cycle and it worked! We called him back to let him know he mis diagnosed it and asked for a refund. He of course denied the refund. Beware of this guy!! He has absolutely no idea what he is doing and is only out to scam people out of their money. read more

This company is a great disappointment. My home warranty dispatched Prolite Appliance to come fix my dishwasher. The first time they came out they "fixed" it and the next day it was leaking again. I called and asked them to come out again and Nancy said she would call me back with an appointment... I waited a week for a call back. I called again the following Monday and she said she would call me the next day to make an appointment and that never happened. I am very upset with the poor quality of customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone if you want your appliances to get fixed in a timely manner. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. My home warranty contacted this company to fix my oven. On June 3, they came out and diagnosed it. They said they would give us a call in a couple of days to let us know their next steps. After a week of no call, I call and the home warranty can not get a hold of them. And when I try and call, no answer. They tell us at the warranty company they will keep trying and get back to us. After a series of calls and getting the same excuse each time, I finally contact my past realtor who knows a supervisor and they get the ball rolling. I've been without an oven for 3 weeks now since they came out and I am finally told that they are ordering parts and then 5 days later they finally bring the parts and fix it. Now, my disappointment is how this all was handled. I called the number to talk to a manager and all he said was, our internet was down because someone was smoking and blah blah blah. I was like, well why no call? I never received a call to update me on what was going on with diagnostics, I never received a call to apologize for the inconvenience nothing! It could of been Awhile before anything was done. He responded with well it takes 6-8 weeks for parts. Ummm sir, they were ordered the 24th and came in a few days later and installed. Not only this, but I'm a manager myself and if an inconvenience happened, I wouldn't act like "oh well", I would try and fix the inconvenience. A proper apology would of sufficed... I would of liked my deductible back though. But honestly I was more shocked with the attitude he gave me. Like "what do you want me to do about it. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! Nancy, the scheduling women, is a LIAR. Besides her being a liar, one of their heavy set techs broke the oven they were working on! Due to his stomach damaging the oven door causing it to be unable to shut completely, my client has been without an oven for over two months. During this month I had to speak with Nancy on numerous occasions, losing my patience a little more after each phone call. I even made her aware my client runs a day care service, she needs her oven, and also cannot have an oven door open all the time, that is hazardous the children! One day Nancy would tell me she has sent the report to the home warranty, the next day she would promise me she'd have the report sent over "that day". After so many days of getting the run around from her I finally had to call her once every hour one day to make sure she actually did the report. This all started back in November and as of today, my clients oven is still broken because of their heavy set tech, Nancy is still a liar, and we're still waiting for the oven to be replaced!
