I wasted time and money seeing multiple doctors, chiropractors, acupuncturist and even spent over 15K at Spinatomy in Van Nuys for my lower back and not ONE helped me with my pain. After I met with Dr. Glaser I knew I was in great hands. I explained to him what I was feeling and what would trigger my pain. He did an exam and immediately knew where the pain was coming from and what needed to be done. IT WAS MY NERVES! He advised for me to get 2 Medial Branch Blocks and if they were both successful then a Radiofrequency Ablation would need to be performed. I did all 3 and I feel amazing! I can say he is one of the few doctors that I trust with my medical care and that I would highly recommend to my family and friends or anyone seeking pain management. He hasn't gotten rid of me though because now I am starting migraine treatment with him. The office is beautiful. The moment you walk in you are greeted by the wonderful ladies at front desk. Huge thanks to Leslie for always squeezing me in and answering all of my questions and to Lisa for always making my check-in process easy. Nikita is amazing and friendly always making me feel calm while doing my medical intake (it would always cause me anxiety to discuss my medical problems). And Julie, she's at check out, super sweet and helpful when it comes to insurance questions and booking appts and procedures. The surgical center, hands down the best! From front desk to the nursing team, they are all super comforting. I had Sonia and Chelsea as my nurses and they always went above and beyond.

When I met with Dr. Minehart, I brought him every CT scan, MRI scan and X-ray report I have along with a 4 page Surgery/Procedure list I created. As well as a 2 page Excel spreadsheet of all the doctors I've seen since my pain started over 7 years ago. He spent 2 hours reading every single word of every report. He underlined things, he put stickies next to things for questions he had. Even though his nurses had prescriptions that needed to be signed and questions they needed answered and phone calls coming in, he sat with me and made me feel like I was his most important patient ever. Of all the doctors that I've seen, which include The Spine Institute at UCLA, The Spine Institute at Cedar-Sinai, SCOI (Southern California Orthopedic Institute), Ventura Orthopedics, among other doctors, Dr. Minehart is the only doctor that has made me feel like he really, really cares about me and wants to help me. I was diagnosed with a pinched nerve. From my lower back, travelling down through my hip and into my calf, shin and foot- I could barely walk. I spent almost a 1 1/2 years sufferings a 10 on the pain level and nothing was helping. I just learned to live with my condition. Every other doctor over this period had me go through hundreds of PT appointments- a total waste of time. They kept mixing up my drugs, approx. 15 different drugs, and it did little to help me. My primary doctor then referred me to Dr. Morgan. I went to see him for a consultation and he reviewed my x-rays and MRI results. He suggested an epidural cortisone injection. I came back the following week. The procedure took less than 5 minutes and I went home. Three hours later and Jesus (Dr. Morgan) had performed a miracle. I LITERALLLY HAD NO PAIN AT ALL!! This is my second time at the Encino Plaza surgical center. Both times have been great!…read more Both times were for colonoscopy with my doctor, Dr. Lake :-) he is great!!! I was supposed to be there at 7 AM but got there 15 minutes before my check in time. The front desk was nice and I didn't wait long in the waiting room... Maybe like 10-12 minutes and they took me back. Shout out to all the staff that took care of me during my appointment.... Christine took me back and prepped me and took me back to my bed after I changed into my surgery gown. She was really nice! Mary asked me questions, took my medical info/history, and put in my IV. She was sweet too! In the surgery room...Hope was my nurse, Dr Kanaka Iyer was my anesthesiologist, and Patty was the technician, along with Dr Lake...all were great! In the recovery area, Briann was so nice! She checked on me as my anesthesia was wearing off and got me juice and crackers, as well as walk me to the restroom (once I was ready to get up) so I could change to go home. Chad wheeled me out to my husband who was waiting in the parking lot....my whole experience was great! My results were great too! :-) Place was clean.
