Other loan officers do it wrong and just let their clients go out with just a pre-qualification form, which isn't an accurate number of what a person can afford. Armando also helps keep all the necessary paperwork submissions stress-free. The truth is that part of the normal process of getting a home requires a lot of back and forth about income and bank statements, but Armando's great attitude makes these communications easy to have. He is very knowledgeable about the industry, organized, adaptable, and responsive to help clients navigate the complex loan process smoothly and build trust.
