You want Armando in your team today! He saved us a lot of headaches getting a pre-approval form BEFORE we shopped around for property. Other loan officers do it wrong and just let their clients go out with just a pre-qualification form, which isn't an accurate number of what a person can afford. Armando also helps keep all the necessary paperwork submissions stress-free. The truth is that part of the normal process of getting a home requires a lot of back and forth about income and bank statements, but Armando's great attitude makes these communications easy to have.
