I spoke to Sean at ARS Professional Driver Services twice before I decided to have my daughter take lessons from him because I liked how he explained his methods to me over the phone. BIG , HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! I paid $695.50 for what was supposed to be 10 lessons but only received 6 lessons (if you would even like to call it that)! The very 1st time Sean picked my daughter up for a driving assessment he was late, showed up in a car rental smelling like cigarette smoke, his wife was in the car with him and they decided to go get something to eat while my daughter was in the car. The 2nd time he was supposed to pick my daughter up, he called from a nearby gas station and cancelled because (are you ready for this) he FORGOT HIS DRIVERS LICENSE and needed to go back home so he decided to cancel. How in the world are you a driving instructor and forget your license which is the very thing you need to do your JOB!!!!! The 3rd time a double lesson was scheduled. Not a full 2 hours was given so I felt cheated. The 4th time another double lesson was scheduled and when he picked my daughter up he said he needed to cancel the 2nd hour of the lesson because "he has something to take care of". WHAT the WHAT???? Ready for the best part of this......although he did not complete all 10 lessons he requested that I schedule my daughter's driving exam and promised that the remaining 4 lessons would be completed before the scheduled exam. I texted him to schedule the 4 classes and he never responded. I called him and he did respond but told me he would schedule them soon. The day before my daughter's driving exam he had his wife call me to request that I reschedule the exam because their car broke down. HE DIDN"T CALL ME....HIS WIFE DID!!!! I asked her about the remaining 4 classes and she said after their car was fixed they would call me. THAT WAS A MONTH AGO!!! This guy and his wife are running a SCAM....this is not a real business! I read the other reviews which seem to be good reviews but I wouldn't be supposed if they wrote those reviews themselves. PLEASE DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SERVICE/COMPANY.......WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I am so disappointed in this man but now realize his only talent is having the "gift of gab" to get people to buy into his service BUT DOES NOT DELIVER!!!!

There is a simulator here that gives an experience above and beyond what a range ever could. It is one thing to shoot at a paper target in a relaxed environment but we all know if we ever had to defend ourselves the situation would be anything but. Going through live simulations really helps to train you how to react under stressful situations and in different environments. I am a novice shooter so when I first came in Steve gave me instruction on how to properly handle the gun and aim. He gave me a few drills to do so I could work on technique. He is very passionate about his business and a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend coming to check this place out!

As for the assessments, I can see where their expectations are a bit too high, rigid, and uniform. I wouldn't feed into it too much. I did at first and became discouraged, which created a stressful environment for my child at home. But then I quickly realized that every child learns differently and at different times and that is OK. 1 star because there's none whatsoever loyalty or appreciation. You're just a dollar sign. Their policies are rigid and they refuse to work with you in any way. They rather lose your business altogether than try to work with you. Obviously every place has policies, I'm not arguing that but simple things such as picking your child up one minute (literally one minute) late only one time in 2 years....or increasing pricing last minute because they decided to implement an unreasonable summer schedule. There's just no real sense of appreciation or loyalty there. And that's important too. I would have paid had they handled it better, but they didn't. I never got an apology for the inaccurate information I was given, not even a reply to my email to them. Nothing. Says a lot when a business is willing to lose you as a customer altogether rather than work with you. Unfortunate because I was a loyal customer for 3+ years.

She is always so patient and kind! Everytime I see her she has a smile on her face! His scores are through the roof and he is more than prepared for kindergarten! My 3 year participates in their day Care program. They have the best price in town by far!!! He gets breakfast, lunch, and 2 snacks.
