SAID THEY CHECKED IT BUT THE HOSE WAS COVERED IN HOLES. Then after getting the "replacement" hose (4days later) it AGAIN had holes and flooded their floors AGAIN. they're now not being guaranteed the issue will be resolved and are out $700. The people have also decided INSTEAD OF MAKING IT RIGHT, THEY BLOCKED HER. Definitely will be insisting she file a law suit. As you can see in the photos, MULTIPLE PEOPLE have been screwed over by this company.
