I was head of promotional apparel for our local junior football and cheer league. We provide all the spirit gear for players, patents and spectators. I decided to work with All My Best in 2018 and 2019 despite my predecessors recommendation to STAY AWAY. If only I had listened to her. I experienced so much added stress to my job from this place. I had never experienced such horrible customer service IN MY LIFE. I had quality issues, communication issues and often missing items from my orders. If I can help anyone save themselves some stress in their future, it's a good day. I have added only a few pictures of what I was dealing with. 1) after selling the shirts to our parents and athletes, I started getting emails and messages that after 1 wash, the print was coming off (embarrassing!) I had to refund these customers 2) I provided a shoulder logo design which they confirmed they can recreate. Their returned proof was close enough. The final product was NOT as i requested, nor what their proof confirmed. 3) my provided design request vs what I actually received. This one was a large run of sweatshirts, paid thousands for. THE OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND! I had to file a BBB report and a credit card report to get our money back. That took months unfortunately. Our kiddos were shorted some end of the year experiences because we had money tied up here. 4) another run of sweatshirts that came with smudged screen print and a sticky substance? 5) random off centered designs Take the advice I had originally received and choose another promotional place, ESPECIALLY if you order in high volume. Highly recommend. I had some T-shirts created and caps done for our VFW Post 904. Mack gave me excellent price and service. So pleased I had my 15 different UPF50 fishing shirts stencil with my pontoon name on them. Again professional service. Then I ask a special favor to have just 1 VFW cap done for Veteran who's not doing well to gift him from our Post, they had it done in days. I placed an order in middle of February. They said they normally get things put pretty fast. I called them 2 weeks later. They guaranteed me they would be done that week and shipped to me (including tracking info). By Friday I still didn't have tracking info so I called in. They said they would be done and guaranteed to me by Tues. I called Monday and then they said it would be ready that Wednesday...well I needed them prior to that date. So they "rushed" them and had them done Tues. Drove 90 minutes to pick up since obviously wouldn't make it to me in the mail in time. Get there, half my order was missing. Took them a while to "locate" the order. Found it and said, "Oops we forgot. We won't charge you extra to have them done this week or early next week." Geee thanks..I guess. Well come a week later, still not done. Call up there and now they said "We are still waiting on the materials to get here from our distributor." Ummmm you NEVER said that you didn't have them and you implied you had everything since you said they would be done!!! So I ended up canceling the order. I would stay clear if I were you. My friend is going through EXACT same thing with them. They aren't up front, LATE on everything, and never ever hit the time they said they would. I would look elsewhere. Big school order that was super backordered; partially due to shipping delays and partially due to a big screw up with the school parents mis-sorting the items (not the fault of All My Best). Dropped off my logo digitized and called the company just now. 5-7 days to show me a sample? Three letters 840, no fancy font I dropped off the logo to stitch out. For almost 6 weeks we have been trying to get information from Maddie who is very sweet... today Kim got on the phone. What a lunatic! A bully and a liar! Excuse after excuse. One of the most disappointing customer service episodes I have ever dealt with. This company was selected to do made to order gear for the Suburban Swim League Championship meet this summer in Rocklin. This was our 4th year at champs and my kids love the tradition of getting shirts to mark the event. We ordered (and paid) for the items and selected what we wanted embroidered on the shirts. This was done before lunchtime and they said come back later in the day. Long story short, they never came in and I was told they would mail them to our home. Weeks later I called and was informed that they were being sent out and the guy was "looking" at the box just then. I called again to Kim Boone who is the president of the company and she never was available nor has she replied to any emails. Bummed they did not come through for my kids and we don't have shirts from this years event and sad that they basically stole our money as they ever even refunded the original purchase. I called NUMEROUS embroidery locations and all I recieved were excuses why they could not stitch the golf bag or it was a 3 week turn around time. After a couple days of constant researching I came across All My Best Inc ! Madison was VERY helpful and patient ! The Golf bag & Towel was stitched & picked up the sameday I called ! The worst Customer Service I've ever had. Not only did they try to Price Gouge, but they couldn't even get the order right!!! I cancelled a $800 Order after 2 Weeks of trying to get a "Stitch-Out" approved. The girl, April, apologized after she realized she made a mistake, but then I got a Call from a Very Unprofessional lady named Kim, who blew the deal completely. They don't even digitize in- house. Go to River City embroidery and talk to Janet. She knows how to get the job done right and for a WAY Better price!! If i could give ZERO stars or NEGATIVE stars, I'd sure use them here. read more

All My Best has helped me two years in a row with shirts for a fundraising tournament and I have been extremely happy with customer service and product. Last year, I worked with Jesse and this year, I worked with Madison - both were equally wonderful.
