I had never experienced such horrible customer service IN MY LIFE. I had quality issues, communication issues and often missing items from my orders. If I can help anyone save themselves some stress in their future, it's a good day. I have added only a few pictures of what I was dealing with. 1) after selling the shirts to our parents and athletes, I started getting emails and messages that after 1 wash, the print was coming off (embarrassing!) I had to refund these customers 2) I provided a shoulder logo design which they confirmed they can recreate. Their returned proof was close enough. The final product was NOT as i requested, nor what their proof confirmed. 3) my provided design request vs what I actually received. This one was a large run of sweatshirts, paid thousands for. THE OWNER REFUSED TO REFUND! I had to file a BBB report and a credit card report to get our money back. That took months unfortunately. Our kiddos were shorted some end of the year experiences because we had money tied up here. 4) another run of sweatshirts that came with smudged screen print and a sticky substance? 5) random off centered designs Take the advice I had originally received and choose another promotional place, ESPECIALLY if you order in high volume. The quality the jacket was good. I decided to order another jacket from Mike, this was a custom jacket that I paid nearly $500 for. Five months later I still did not have my jacket. He would not return emails, he would not answer the phone, and it just became an utter nightmare to deal with him. I finally had to get Paypal involved and when I did, they put a hold on his account and he finally reached out to make this right. If it were not for Paypal I'm sure that I'd still be out the $500 and I would not have the jacket that I paid for. I would recommend that anyone that is looking for a custom jacket to find somebody else. I would never use this company nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Mike is nir responsive and does not follow up or follow through.
