I didn't know this but I secretly walked in to a BTS ARMY employee who helped me tonight!! I didn't even know she was ARMY (a fan)!! I was so happy to have her help make my shirt come to life! I explained to her what I wanted and she delivered 100%!! No disappointment from this as it's great quality and she made everything aligned the way it should. I told her how I wanted the shirt to look from front to back. All I had to do was send my images to the number provided on the red business card and then the image is discussed on how the customer feels about it or if any changes need to be made. This was an awesome shirt and I can't wait to wear it around, supporting BTS Jimin new album FACE!!! Ask for Keri when U walk in for a shirt to be made! She helped so much and listened to my requests as I had a few images to put before finalizing... she was very patient, very sweet and very approachable. Not judgemental at all! Called in to price an order for 10 tees. Was told would get a call back in 30 minutes... waited over an hour and followed up with two more calls in the afternoon noon and no one answered. Ended up getting order filled elsewhere but seems like they have a staffing or communication issue. read more

I posted this review on google but it seems he is able to hide it, so I am coming here on Yelp to make this review viewable and to give a heads up to anybody that wants to possibly review this store before walking in. Most disrespectful shop owners in the mall period, They're store smelt like poop, Horrible customer service, I went in to get a memorial shirt made, I walked out of the store for a second to use my phone, as I was returning my wife stopped me from going in and told me how rude they were being towards her and my 1 year old son. I thought this was a family friendly store as the location is in the galleria mall. I called him up on the phone and told him he lost my business due to his direspectful additude and he no problem telling me that he didnt give a F**k about my business. I would not recommend this so called "business" to any of my family or friends. read more

15% tip in advance is not enough??? Yesterday I ordered a custom design printed t-shirt from Da Leo's . After I've selected the t-shirt I've sent the design to their phone number, I was told that it could only be done the next day, I agreed and I've paid the asking price. In the evening, for personal reasons, I sent a text message to the same phone number and requested the cancellation of the order. Later, I also replied to an email received from them and requested the same thing: cancellation of the order. I didn't ask for the money back, because I just wanted to change the design. The next day, at 4:30 pm, I received a text message informing me that the order is ready and that it cannot be canceled. At the store I was told that the shirt was printed around 2:00 pm, so they could have chosen not to fulfill the order... Print quality? Although I had a vector design, the quality is below expectations, you can see in the picture. Would I recommend this store to someone? No, or maybe, but by no means the store representative.
