A good friend of my families is getting ready to square up with Cancer and we wanted to show our support and raise a few bucks while we were at it. I decided to get T shirts made. My wife and I found Iconic. The website was great, but we decided to drop in, in person to handle it. My wife did all of the legwork and worked with the owner who was respectful, and very attentive to our needs. He was very quick, in getting our proof made, and the product turned out as we hoped, flawless. Service that goes above and beyond!!! I cannot say enough about Shaun and Iconic T-shirts. I called on Saturday as I was looking for t-shirts and needed them within 24 hours. Shaun said he was in as he was checking email as normally they are closed on the weekends. After I told him that I was looking for four shirts that I wanted to give to siblings who lost their Mother last weekend he was so empathetic. He said he would help me with the shirts. I emailed the image over to him Saturday night and he met me at the shop Sunday morning and quickly made them. The shirts came out great and the kids loved them. Their smiles were priceless. Anyone that knows me, knows that I want to be honest and fair about everything I post and review - So as soon as I get an update from Iconic I will let everyone know... 05/22/2014 Just picked up our first order and first T-shirt design for our local band. The work was awesome, the T-shirt material was just as explained when ordering, especially for the women's tank tops (us women can be picky). They got my order in 2 weeks before our gig. I like the fact that they are a local establishment, I'm an advocate for keeping jobs in the area. I'm all about helping to keeping our small businesses alive! Very detailed to your needs with some added ideas. I appreciate when I get honest feedback.. I like that they can have a quick turnaround if needed. Unfortunately, the interaction for the initiation of a second order isn't so positive. The turnaround is going to be about 3 weeks because of training on new equipment - no one else can operate (?) I had called in advance to ensure we could get the turnaround of less than 2 weeks and was told it wasn't an issue. The individual didn't wasn't interested in trying to work with us, or provide any alternatives. We may use them in the future - quality is good, but we will have to look around for a company that can be more consistent on the turnaround and interest in the customer experience. In all fairness, I realize our organization isn't very large, so does it matter whether we come or go, probably not. read more

What can I say?! Iconic Tshirts is simply the best! I came up with a last minute gift idea Friday around 1:00 p.m. for my wife for her birthday on Sunday. I called a few places, two calls went to voice mail, one place said they could help and my jersey would be ready in two business days. Then I called Iconic Jersey's. Elise (forgive me if I misspelled) Answered the phone and I asked if they could help with my gift idea? Elise said yes! We talked about what I needed and again she replied yes. JOY!! I have to say how amazing iconic t-shirts is!! I went into their shop to have shirts made for my son's Destination Imagination team with the logo that one of the boys in the group drew and they were more than helpful! I found out that not only do they do shirts but that they do movies as well. It just so happens that we needed a little guidence in the movie area for our core challenge since we are actually making a movie, they are going above and beyond and showing the team how to create a movie without any charge to our group! They are also creating these shirts at a very low cost to us since we are a small group which most places would never do. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shaun and Iconic Tshirts! I needed an apron embroidered for a bridal shower I attended last weekend. I bought the apron Thursday night and the shower was on Sunday so I was in a bit of a hurry to get it done. I called Iconic T-shirts on Friday morning and Shaun said it would be ready by Friday evening. I was thrilled! I picked it up Friday night and could not have been happier! It was just what I wanted. Ordered tshirts and went to pick them up and they said that they weren't ready and that I needed to come back in a couple hours then got a call saying they didn't order the blank tshirts so I needed to come back the next day so I came back and got my shirts and they said that they counted the shirts three times so I should trust them, I counted them anyways and was missing a tshirt and had to wait 20 minutes there. On top of all that, when placing my order the lady at the front ensured that the tshirts weren't see through and sure enough.... read more

Used them two years in a row. Had delivery problems the first year but the shirts did look good. Tried them again and the same delivery issues and the shirt material was not correct. Will never use them again. read more
