I went through Thumbtack to find a well-rated service. Chad, from Titan Overhead Door, replied within minutes. He asked me questions about what was wrong, had me take a photo of the stuck door and estimated the cost for repair to be $250. He was here next day, right on time. Chad is personable and polite, but, more importantly, he knows what he is doing. He was done with the work, even lubricated the other door, and charged my only $125, because he said the spring wasn't broken, as he thought initially, from the photograph.
