I called Mr. Sparky after being directed to them by an internet search. We set an appointment for them to come and give a price for the work. Had the price been reasonable we would have had the work done right then. They never showed up for the pricing or the work. They did not call to modify the appointment. They did nothing. We had problems with our elevator sump pump connections and Kirk came out and repaired in no time and he was very personable and next week we had trouble with our Sanctuary retractable chandelier and Cameron came out and gave me an unbelievable quote and time frame on repair and i still can't believe the amazing quote, i'm still smiling. I was quoted $19 per fan, yet when they get here it was all of a sudden $1700 for 5 fans!! They called and rescheduled after I had already taken off work, then had to call in a second day and still didn't not get my fans installed. Once I complained they offered it for $900, but I was quoted for $100! Technicians were friendly, but I cannot believe how unprofessional this whole ordeal was.
