This caused an increase in price. Their work is not as described, and they don't follow their on company mission statement. The crew and Brayan (representative) doesn't respect the home owners property. They treat it like a new build by leaving trash laying in the yard, leaving wood on the front lawn for days, cleaning their equipment in my yard leaving shards of concrete material in my grass instead of the street. Brayan doesn't respect the home owners request, example: I asked them not to leave the rebar from the demo laying in my front yard, to place it in the street. Brayan told me that he would have the trailer there to get it, the trailer never showed. I started moving it to the curb after sitting in my front yard for 3-4 days. Communication is a problem, limited use of English. There are more issues... My pour was about a month ago and the job hasn't been completed. Poor performance in showing as agreed. Poor follow up. Discolored pour. They didn't use anything to cover my brickwork, to limit the splatter from the pour. What I've learned, my advise is not to choose them. Look at their review on Networx.com.

The builder did come out on numerous trips and purported to fix the problem each time. All to no avail. The house still leaks. Frustrated with the builder's efforts, I have replaced the roof that was not ready to be replaced in hopes of fixing the problem--the roof was not the problem however. My next step is the replace the windows on the upper floors that I believe were not properly sealed. Overall, I would not use this builder to EVER build anything for me.
