I followed all directions and sent in my iPad packaged carefully with their prepaid label including a $2 charge off my rewarded gift card for any damage that might be incurred during shipping. They got my iPad and sent me an email dropping the price they had offered me from $158 to $22. They said it had a huge crack across the screen. There was no huge crack across the screen when I sent it. I asked for a photo showing me this huge crack and got none just the offer repeated. I said fine, send me the iPad back and I will sell it to Verizon. They came back offering me $43 instead and said now there were several cracks in the screen. It was obvious they were not being legit. I was tired of emailing back and forth and just said fine send me the gift card info. Then the person that was emailing me back and forth asked me to give him a 5 star review for "his service" . What service? Did he not read my emails about how unhappy I was? Was this just a chat box responding to me? I got the email with the coupon and used it immediately. Won't be dealing online with used electronics any longer and just go with a local place with real people. Not work the trouble and ended up getting less money than the Verizon store offered me by a lot!
