So, thankfully the Manager himself reaches out to me surprisingly quick and we were able to reach an agreement and get the issue resolved! We discussed a time showed up promptly and delivered on his promise and finally I have a nice clean car! He was very apologetic and understood my frustration and he himself cleaned my car and made sure it was in tip top shape! If it wasn't for the manager I don't think I'd give it another shot but I was impressed with how well he managed the situation given how rude and upset I was. That's professionalism! read more

I don't know how this place has the star rating that it does honestly. I came in after booking an appointment and when I showed up 15 minutes early to make sure I was on time, there was one other car being detailed, the person working rudely told my my appointment wasn't for another 15 minutes. I know that, I came early to make sure I could get checked in and sorted out before my actual appointment time, I wasn't demanding to be seen... So I wait next to the location until he waves me in and tells me it's okay to drive into the space, which is all totally fine as I'd expected to wait. He finds my name and my requested package, and tells me it'll be a couple hours. I tell him that the duration is fine since I'd be going into the mall to wait, he lets me know that they'll call me when my car is finished. Fast forward almost three hours later and I don't have a call or text or anything. I had to go into work later that day so I walked out to their location and as I'm walking up I see the one guy working on another car and my car is parked off to the side, so I assume he was finished since there was no equipment staged next to my car. I approach and ask about my car and he lets me know he's done and that I can take my keys to look at the job that they did. One glance inside and I can tell the interior was not shampooed and dried, the windshield is smudged and dirty, there is still dust and debris all over the buttons and knobs. So I go back and ask if the interior has been shampooed and he says "No, was it supposed to be?" I bought the auto spa ultimate, which is their highest package, of course the interior is supposed to be shampooed and cleaned, there shouldn't be smudges on the windshield, and I shouldn't still be able to see debris on the interior. He's still not sure so he calls his manager who comes and speaks with me and tells me the interior DID get shampooed, and I tell him it certainly didn't because there was a surface stain that I could still see in the seat. He says "ohhh yeah, I guess he didn't do it then" if you don't KNOW that someone did something, don't tell the customer that they did. At this point I have to leave for work, they have no idea what is supposed to get done and what isn't, they call their boss on the phone who tells me that since I came early to retrieve my car they couldn't get it done. YOUR guy didn't call me, already had my car pulled off to the side, and gave me my keys to inspect my vehicle to see if it was to my liking, which it was not. Only after I tell him all these things does he tell me to come back another day to get the shampoo done, because he was only willing to give me a small discount on the price. So I say forget it, I pay for the whole thing and will come back for the shampoo, since that was the only service I really needed. The other thing is the tech was not able to set the price on his end, he had to call his boss who adjusted the price, and when I asked for the 15% check in discount he did not know how to do it, it already took 10 minutes to get the correct price pushed through from his boss, I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes. Give the people who are there the ability to adjust prices, it only makes sense since they are the one dealing with the customer. I come back the next day at the scheduled time to the same two guys working, they tell me to pull into a car port and I asked them to go over the windshield again since it was really smudged, same story, "We'll call you when it's done" so I go into the mall to wait again. To my surprise they actually call me when my car is finished about an hour and a half later. The interior is shampooed and the lighting is not right for me to fully see my windshield so I assume they went over it again. I drive off thinking that all is well, then I glance down at my gear shift, there are dots of liquid all over it as well as all over my radio buttons and knobs. Looks like whatever they used to spray down my seats was done carelessly and they got it all over the surfaces they detailed the previous day. The next morning on the way to work I see the windshield was not gone over again, the pictures are from the very next morning of the interior of my windshield and the view through it, not a $300 job. It's not worth it at this point for me to go back and fight for them to do it again, $300 down the drain for poor customer service, bad management, and a terrible job done. I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone unless they properly train their employees on the packages and on how to actually detail vehicles. TL;DR Bad job done, shady practices trying to blame customers for jobs not well done. Pay the price for a high quality job and get a subpar low quality job instead. Workers are not properly trained, you'll have to wait a long time to get any prices adjusted, and any requests you make, may or may not get done. read more

I'm really hoping tHat the knicks of paint remover from my Car were somehow not from the claybar because I've only had my car since August 2019 and I bought it brand new. When I went to pick up my car after 3 hours. He barely touched the inside. The worker tried to hide not getting the cup holder by covering it with the cover the bmw has. I wanted to switch car washes In hopes of finding a better one. However, mister car wash which charges me $35 does a better job. And I just paid $206. Biggest waste of money in my life. I recommend this establishment, I arrived at the car wash where I was greeted by the manager (Kellie Johnson). She explained how the car detail worked and the different packages that they had available. Her staff was very nice and I was in and out within the stroll that I had at the mall. When my vehicle was complete, she called me to let me know that it was complete. I have to say that it has been a while since my car looked this good. I will make sure to recommend to my friends and family members in the future. I tend to shy away from having my car worked on, because I do a better job than most places. Went here about a week ago and talked with a young man who told me it would $40 to do the interior of my car however they were closing in a hour & had 2 other cars to do. So I came back Friday at 4:30 and was told it was $60 because they changed bosses. I asked what was the reason for such a drastic price increase? They didn't have an answer for me. So let them do it due to the state my interior was in. Once I got the call my car was finished I looked over the interior....there was & is still dust all over my dash board, dog hair & saliva on my seats & windows. Incredibly, pleasantly surprised when my vehicle came into view after dropping it off for interior and exterior detailing. I explained to Dante (Dontae?) that I am in the process of selling my vehicle so it was imperative (despite the rain) that it look as good as it did when it was brand new. My expectations were exceeded by Dante and crew. The car's new car shine was fully restored, the windows, tires and wheels were gleaming and the interior was spotless. That speaks volumes. I have updated this review to 3 stars. I called before going and almost felt the need to apologize for calling. The woman on the line was almost discouraging me from coming. But because I was going to the mall anyways I said why not. Upon arriving, I was made to feel that I was interrupting the attendants. It took several minutes to even be acknowledged. The service was over $100. The outside was ok, not great. The inside still had leaves in it. Carpets not vacuumed. Cup holders not cleaned. One attendant asked another, "did you even do the inside?" That was enough said. Definitely do not recommend. Will be going elsewhere. The convenience is not worth the price, service, or quality. read more

Waterless car wash is not for me. Wish I'd known their method beforehand. The one employee working on my car did his best for my complete inside and out detail I'm sure (and he was extremely polite)... but a spray bottle to clean and a carpet shampoo that consists of a bottle spray/ agitation/and vacuum is not my idea of clean. Especially in 1.5 hours for $140.00 plus tax which included a $10 coupon. The exterior of the car was not satisfactory. They took off $50 but its a negative to spend about $110..have a negative experience...and unhappy with your car. I'm all about water conservation but at least use a bucket of soapy water to clean my car and a shampooer that uses some hot water. Or at least tell your customers what to expect when they book. read more

I'm so picky with my cars being washed I usually do it myself for just that reason but I sometimes resort to a local business. I always say "nobody washes a car better than the owner." But with my first experience with Pronto I am finding that hard to believe anymore. They did such a good job cleaning the interior and exterior of my truck. Granted my truck is brand new it still had LOTS of areas with dirt and road grime. There was not a spot on my truck that wasn't cleaned that is usually missed by every other car wash business in Brandon. Sometimes I would pay the other businesses to clean and end up rewashing it myself when I got home. Pronto has no pushy up-selling and were very courteous. I will recommend this car wash to any of my friends and neighbors. read more

Pronto Wash Brandon was recommended to me by a colleague and is now my go to car wash! Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Pricing is very reasonable. Great location given its proximity to the Brandon mall which allows you to run errands, grab a bite to eat, or grab some pints while waiting. They were very busy upon my arrival and one of the employees politely acknowledged me and stated someone would be with me soonest. This gave me time to review the services and pricing and prepare any questions I may have had. By the time I was done reviewing, the manager was at my side asking if I had any questions about the services. We discussed what I was looking for (heavy water spotting and tree sap removal). She made her recommendations, told me when I could expect the vehicle to be complete, and asked for my cell phone number so they could text me and I wouldn't have to wait. Upon arrival, they were finishing up a few other vehicles and again politely acknowledged me. The team that had worked on my vehicle walked me thru the process they took on the vehicle, in detail, to ensure I was satisfied with the service. They even took the time to show me a few problem areas on the vehicle (cracking rubber, wear on steering wheel, faded plastic, etc...). They spoke to what they worked on to improve those areas, what was in the realm of possible and what was not. Nice that they took the time to explain. More importantly, those are typically areas of the vehicle most car washes won't even address. Great attention to detail on their end! Overall - Service is terrific, staff is professional and polite, and their detailing services are fantastic. I was absolutely not happy at all, how today went. I was not greeted when I arrived. I was told that the service will take about an hour and half and they will call me when it is done. I never got a call from them and after 2.5 hours, I went back to check if on the status of my car. I was told that my car was done, and that is when I looked around the inside and outside of my car. The outside looked clean but the inside didn't look like it had been vacuumed at all. Around the doors was not wiped, the trunk was had not been vacuumed. I showed that to the employee and he said they MISSED it. How could my car have been there for over 2 hours and MISS all these? Then I started wiping parts that they apparently MISSED. The employee asked if I want him to vacuum when I was wiping and picking things off the floor and backside of seats of the car. It took another 20 minutes to cleaned up what they MISSED. The windshield still has smudges and smears. Going to this place was waste money and time. I ended up having to help the employee after the original employees left, to make it right. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Overall a good job - I was invited back by the president due to an earlier experience - my sister and I both got our cars clean. The price is a bit high but the detail they put in the car was pretty good. My back window was still dirty but everything else was good. My sisters car was good too. The time was a bit long but worth it because everything is done by hand. I will be returning because of the way the manager and the president treated me and my sister. Talk about the best customer service ever!! I received a gift voucher to get my car detailed for Christmas. I made an appointment for the next day and dropped off my car. Unfortunately I lost the voucher while my car was getting detailed (we'll talk about that later). I ended up paying for it out of pocket. There was an issue that I had so I sent an email to customer service. Within MINUTES the CEO Scott Wyler responded. He listened to everything I had to say and wanted to do everything to correct it. Two days later my car was back getting the best treatment of her life!! The manager there, D'Andre was incredible. He went above and beyond and gave my car an additional interior and exterior clean AND added the clay bar wax!!!! Holy cow did my car sparkle!!! I was speechless. All the while, the CEO called me on his personal cell phone to ensure that I was pleased. He also worked with me to find the gift voucher coupon code so that I could be refunded and use the voucher. Got my car washed here over the weekend. Just wanted a basic in and out wash. They said it would be about 2 hours which I didn't really mind because I had to go in the mall for a few things. The manager calls me 2 hours later and said I should get an "AC Treatment" because my car smelled bad. I was like no thanks man I just want a good vacuum and my rims done like we discussed earlier. I asked how much longer on my vehicle and he said they were just starting my vehicle now should be done in less than an hour. So I'm kind of getting ticked off at this point. I come out in an hour to find my car not even close to being done and the manager was just sitting there talking to some lady joking around. I look at the inside and it looks like crap so I just ask for my keys and just want to leave. He had the audacity to ask me for a tip after my car looks like crap and I said absolutely not. IT GETS BETTER... THIS MORNING I OPENED MY COIN CONTAINER FROM MY MIDDLE CONSOLE AND REALIZE ALL MY QUARTERS FROM MY MIDDLE CONSOLE ARE GONE. THERE WAS AT LEAST 25$ IN QUARTERS AND EVERY ONE OF THEM IS MAGICALLY GONE. I FEEL LIKE ASHTON KUTCHER IS GOING TO COME AROUND THE CORNER AND TELL ME I GOT PUNKED.
