I rarely trust guys to detail my car thoroughly, but the dedication and time Virgil took on my car was by far the best I've seen. Virgil shampooed my seats with love and care. I told him to disregard cleaning the outside because a storm was brewing (if you live in Tampa, you know afternoon showers). The detailed work was excellent, I felt bad for guy having to stay an wait on behalf due to my tardiness. He doesn't know that I am doing this but Pronto, guys like him are hard to time (especially right now) his customer service was outstanding. It was just ok for the money spent, the interior could have been better. The center counsel was over looked as well as the back window. The method of payment should be some what easier and when told about the 15% of they seemed turned off about it. It was just ok!! read more

I took my car to get detailed on my reservation time frame. It took them over the expected time to clean my car. For the price i paid they did a terrible job. There was still dirt and dust all over the bumper and doors, the interior looks like it wasn't even cleaned. I left unsatisfied with the service provided. Listen! I haven't been to a wash like this in years. My mom's car was hella dirty and I went on yelp to find this place. Jesse told me it would be about an hour and they would text me when my car was ready. I went in the mall to get some food and I got that text by the time I was done. My mom's car looks brand new. Updated review: We were initially impressed, but we dropped our review to 3 stars when we got home, opened the trunk, and realized it looked like they hadn't touched it. The Autospa Supreme was supposed to include a FULL interior vacuum and shampoo which we interpreted to include the trunk, but our trunk was left dirty with all the leaves and pollen that were already there when we brought the car in. It was disappointing and we haven't had time to make it back to see if ProntoWash will correct the issue. Wish we didn't have to. read more

My car has never been so clean! And have a 2 YO who eats in the car so that's really saying something! I have them clean my car once a month at all different locations and I'm always happy with the friendly and professional service at each location. Not to mention it's super convenient to park my car at the mall and have it magically transformed while I'm seeing a movie or shopping. This is not biased comment and I don't have any personal business with ProntoWash . This is the first time I went to them as it is near to my work location. My car is very new (2020 model) Acura RDX Black. I went to them last Friday afternoon for removing the swirl marks, water dots and waxing. For the amount they charged ($432.00) is not worth , I would would have done it by myself spending way less cost for that result(could have better than them). When I see the car next day morning (it was dark when I took the delivery) . it was like heart broken for me. It was not buffed completely and showing swirl marks (it was initially only few places and now showing other places as well ) and reflects/holograms in sunlight and street light. Also I could see rain flow water mark with dirt on the same day evening. They have NOT completely cleaned and buffed (I doubt they did the buffing as no effects, just waxed) . Clay bar treatment was done but showing rubbing swirl marks in many places. Even after waxing they did not clean well and everywhere I see the wax particle left out all over the car( front/back lights, car top, all door gaps) - black rubber beeding, and front bumper plastic were become white. My backup camera was come out and i had to fix it. Inside top(beige color) were greasy marks. In frustration, thought of going to them back and show. But decided not to go as I don't feel like positive vibe and don't want them to touch my car again. I tried myself using car cleaning solution to clean it up. Normal water wash and hand spray washing could have done excellent job. I came this place after seeing the good reviews, but looks not true. I am writing this as it would be helpful for someone read the reviews for decision. I will not recommend this place for any new car treatment - ripping off with no good results. read more

This visit started off great. They were on time and ready to service my car. The guy even talked me into a wax and that was ok because my car needed it. I was told a hour timeframe and it turned out to be much longer, which was ok because I had the time to spare. Eventually I was contacted and told that my vehicle was ready. I quickly looked over my car and it seemed clean. However when I pulled out and got to the first light I started looking around on the inside of my car and noticed that my $60 car wash was just as good as a 20$ one from mister car wash. It's as if all he did was vacuum the floors on the inside. He certainly didn't detail my car as asked for and paid for. I will definitely not be back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. I guess I'm still on the search for a decent car wash. I've attached as many pics that I could see within arms reach and the five mins I was sitting at the light. Update to my post. The owner was super nice and professional and offered to redo my whole truck!! I took it back at the date of my choosing and Fred was amazing!! My truck looked great and I appreciate it. The Title of the company doesn't pair with the efficiency and, sense of urgency they should have. I can not say the whole staff is lazy, no, the manager(African American) very rude and, slow AF!!! I took my car and it was not busy all they had to do is clean the exterior. 2 hours and it was still dirty?!? Had my car detailed here for the first time and they did a good job on the cleaning part but ever since that day my trunk doesn't open . I brought it to their attention when I tried to open the trunk before leaving to put my babies stroller back in the trunk but they acted as if they have no idea why it was not opening.
