Today Leroy came out for my initial service inspection. I have never used an Exterminator Service before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Leroy was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. He also took the time to explain to me trouble areas around the house that will help keep ants and insects out of the house. When I looked for this service I did it off of Reviews; and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend proof pest control, especially my service technician Leroy. Leroy was professional and courteous. He went through my house and did a thorough investigation for mice habitation. He placed several bait boxes, and explained that they were environmentally safe. He made recommendations for preventative improvements I could make without being pushy or rude. This was our first experience with Proof. Leroy was our technician today and he was amazing. Not only was he incredibly friendly and personable, but he was also extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly, showing care and concern as I explained the issues we wished to address. Leroy was very professionally, not only did he let me know what tile he was going to arrive. He went over the process of what he was going to do and the outcome of it. We have wasps, ants and spiders nest around the perimeter of our home. Leroy the technician was very thorough when explaining the job he was performing. We have a garden and potted spice plants on our deck. He performed his job flawlessly taking extra care when working around our home. All of the wasps nest was taken down and sprayed. Leroy was outstanding, discovered a discrepancy, and then made sure as a customer I was completely satisfied. This is the first time a technician left a pleasant scent after spraying my home. Leroy came out and sprayed my house. He explained EVERYTHING so thoroughly. He swept the entire perimeter of my house (something previous pest control companies had never done) he gave me some tips of what I can do around my house to decrease spiders.
