Having been here before, not all venders were still here. I know I wanted to order the crispy eggplant boa from Laughing Buddha Ramen. The tenders at Lucky Bird were also a must. A new favorite was the NY style pizza from Pizzaoki. They said it was better than Secret Pizza! We had two kids with us and we love the lay out. Very kid friendly. You can order at the kiosk or the QR code from your table. Then you'll get a text to go pick up the food. The restroom is located around the corner over by the ramp by Temaki. We ordered: Ramen from Laughing Buddha Ramen Spicy rotini from Parm Famous Italian Cesar salad from Parm Famous Italian-cost more for crotons and the lettuce were all thick cut wedges and the butt end. Nice food hall in the Aria on the second floor. Lots of options from sushi, deli, ramen, pizza, burgers, pasta, chicken. Most of the restaurants are set up where you order from kiosk. Unfortunately there are not enough kiosks. A fountain drink is $7 although it is free refills. I ordered a burger from Lola's burgers and chicken sandwich from Lucky Bird. Both were delicious. You get a text when your food is ready then you go get it from their counter. Lots of seating available. On the burger though --- $3.00 extra for bacon!!! Wow! It was busy so they definitely need more kiosks. You can also order from your phone by scanning a QR code but they need more signage to notify you of this. This food hall had lots of great option for both breakfast and lunch. They had something for everyone in our group. The tables were let very clean. The staff was proactive in helping. I'd recommend this food hall especially to a group where people are wanting different things. Biggest downside is how expensive it is, but it's in a nice hotel in Vegas so the prices checkout. read more

Hubby & I come to Vegas a few times a year. Since I discovered Proper Eats Food Hall, it's really hard to go back. I make it a point to stop here at least once every trip because the food options are so great. My personal favorite is Pizzaoki. The smash burger at Lola's is a close second. But with the variety of restaurants here, it's bound to have something for everyone in your party. They have ordering kiosks or you can just scan the QR code at your table and order straight from your phone. You'll receive a text message when your food is ready - and you just go to the counter and pick up your food. Def worth checking out if you find yourself hungry and you're around ARIA. read more

This has to be the best food hall we have visited in Vegas. It's very spacious with a lot of comfy seatings. It has a speakeasy behind a coffee & donut shop. Also weekday happy hours and live music that's worth checking out. The location is quite convenient which is right next to Sky Suites promenade entrance where we stayed at. The ordering was easy and foods came out fast. I think the items from QR code is a bit different from ordering in person at certain food stalls. Nice looking food hall in the Aria hotel. Take the escalators off the back of the casino & head up to the 2nd floor. Ordering is very efficient. They have stand alone kiosks in the area or you can scan a QR from your phone to order from any of the eating places in the hall. They have at least 8 or more eating businesses in this food hall. As far as casual food halls on the strip go, I like this one because they make it easy to order from the kiosk, you get a message on your phone when food is ready & the atmosphere is bright & cheery. Proper Eats is a mixed bag. We almost exclusively stay at the Aria, so Proper Eats is our easiest access to a food hall. Unfortunately, most of the time, I'm going to choose anywhere else that's not Proper Eats There's two aspects of Proper Eats that I'd give 5 stars, breakfast and happy hour. Any other time, it's pretty much 1 star. The decor is definitely nice and well built. The good, Egghead, fair prices, good breakfast. It's usually the busiest, but it's an excellent choice for breakfast options. Proper Bar has a great happy hour for $2 oysters M-F 4-6pm. I ate two dozen oysters by myself on this visit and I probably would've ordered more if I didn't have dinner plans later. I would've wanted to try their drinks too and stay to watch some games as there's plenty of seating, lot of tv's to just relax. The service is great at the bar someone will always be around to help you out For ordering, it's simple, you order at the kiosk for any of the shops, then wait for your number to be called at said shops. The bad, pretty much every other aspect of the main food hall. Overpriced, horrible portions and non-existent service. The ramen broth is flavorless and I'm pretty sure one night, we waited for about 30 mins to get our order because they only had one person at the ramen stall. If you want pizza, go downstairs to 50/50, the pizza is more fresh and just overall better and sushi, go anywhere else. read more

Food Hall overall - 4 stars This is both an efficient and innovative food hall on the upper level of the ARIA resort. Four of us came here to grab a quick meal to go and each picked up something from a different vendor. The options included sushi, pizza, sandwiches, burgers, ramen & baos, Korean chicken bowls and (during morning hours) an egg / breakfast spot. Each food stall has a small menu and ordering takes place on the kiosks sprinkled throughout the hall. Based on a quick browse, I only saw about five kiosks available so it seems likely that the lines could be pretty congested during peak times or if large groups came in, after a convention for example. Even if you're ordering from multiple food stands, enter it all in a single order and you can purchase everything at once. Each vendor will text you when your order is ready, so the whole process was pretty seamless. Laughing Buddha food vendor - 2.5 stars Opting to go vegetarian for a light meal, I selected two eggplant baos and a cucumber salad from Laughing Buddha which were just okay. A soft bao bun held thin slices of fried eggplant, a sriracha mayo sauce and Thai basil. In my opinion, I didn't think the Thai basil melded very well with the other ingredients, so it was a strange combination, and the sauce really dominated the flavor of each bite. The cucumber salad wasn't as bright and refreshing as I'd hoped, but rather tart and one-dimensional in flavor, except for some fried garlic on top. It looked and tasted like it could have been marinating in the sauce for a while since the cucumbers were also getting a little wrinkly. My dad enjoyed his sandwich from Parm, my mom liked her sushi from Temaki Bar and my sister loved her Korean chicken bowl from Seoul Bird, so all of those vendors appeared to have more promising options. read more

Really enjoyed the food options here and the easy to use app to order ahead was especially great and easy too. I was able to order from three different places on one order which was super convenient. Food wise, it varied. Nothing bad, but different. First up is the pastrami and corned beef combo sandwich from Wexler's deli. At $28 before tax and tip, was the most expensive but one I would get again due to the quality of the meats. I mostly tasted the pastrami and it didn't seem like a lot more corned beef, so may try the pastrami only next time and save $10. If I had to, I would definitely order it again Tonkasu ramen from Laughing Buddha is up next. I personally didn't love the broth, but they provide a ton of toppings and the char shu pork was really tasty. Definitely worth the $18. Finally, the best for last. Ordered the side of meatballs for $12 and the size of the meatballs along with the flavors made them worth every penny. TLDR: good food with decent options; clean, spacious, and nice ambiance Been here several times on different trips and the food has always been good. I came with a large group of kids and adults for an early lunch. Some of the stalls don't open till 11 so beware if coming early. There's about 10 different restaurants with a variety of cuisines. The kiosks allow for you to order at multiple restaurants without lining up in different places. It also allows you to charge back to the hotel if you're staying at an MGM property. I've tried many of the stalls and the food has always been good. The wait is usually short depending on the stall. The bagel and egg place always has a long line and is one the of the few that cannot be ordered at the kiosk. Most stands will give you a water cup if you ask which is the only not obvious aspect of ordering. The soda machines dispense the only water/ice so you will still have to wait. I've had the issue of ice running out in the machines so beware and check the one of the other three if it happens. There is a fair amount of seating but at peak, the tables can fill up so check around the corner for other seating options. There's also usually some staff wandering to clean tables and floors so typically very well kept. Additionally, there's a shuffle board table and foosball table if you want to entertain yourself or kids. A bar is just adjacent to the food court so you can chill here if in between activities or for a little while before/after food. The value is reasonable for being inside the Aria and on the strip so definitely get what you pay for. read more

Since we had our kids in tow and a large party overall, it was very convenient and we did end up eating here twice during our whole stay in Vegas just so we can avoid waiting and/or dealing with reservations in advance since it's much harder planning our itinerary around set meal times. I do wish that there are more order kiosks available for when there is a meal time rush. We didn't have trouble finding any seating this time, but it was definitely a struggle when I was here for a work conference earlier this year. Having said that, yikes. We had the Caesar salad - um, pretty sure it should be dressed with Caesar dressing.... Caesar was on vacation apparently. Spaghetti and meatballs with extra meatball - the red sauce was so disappointing, where was the flavor?? The cheese sticks were massive with a tiny amount of marinara. The marinara had a bit more flavor than the spaghetti sauce - you would think they would be the same base sauce but overall, just bland. The prices are exorbitant so was a bit of flavor too much to ask? This will be on the "do not repeat" list. It's hard to rank this place. It really depends on which stall you are ordering from. I got onion rings and ramen. The rings from Lola's were fabulous. Real onions and Very fresh. The wasabi aioli was perfect. Will recommend this to anyone around. Also had the tonkosu ramen from laughing Buddha. Broth was tasty even though a little thin, and noodles on point with the chewiness. Here's where the tone changes... Charsiu was just ok. Not that much flavor and fatty. The wood ears could have been cut thinner- it was like eating a salad. The bamboo tasted like it was fresh out of the can - it tasted like tin. If you've never had ramen before (outside of instant noodles), I would go for it. I'm Asian and from nyc and Bay Area so I'm a bit strict Here's my advice on ordering from the kiosk: 1. find one that's not taken. There are at least 4 that I've counted and the ones near the entrances are usually the least busy. 2. Do not stand behind men. These modern food halls are much better than the old model IMO. The food quality is better. The choices are good. You placed your order at the kiosks place about the dining area. You can also order by scanning their QR code and it takes you to an app for ordering. I wish you could just order at the counters too but most of the restaurants in the food hall do not offer that. My friends and I ordered from different places. Overall, the food was overpriced and mediocre. I ordered from a deli and had a lox bagel. It wasn't bad but needed more cream cheese and it was $18. My friend ordered a Reuben sandwich and returned it. On the digital menu, it looked very meaty. When she received it, it was more like a Panini. She was not willing to pay the price for that type of thin sandwich. Another friend ordered pasta and it was average. There are an egg specialized restaurant and a coffee place; both were closed in the evening. The foods that look hefty for dinner, those were open when we arrived in the evening hours. There are kiosks placed on the pillars near the entrance, and on each table there is a scannable QR code to order from your mobile device. I tried the kiosk first, but the ordering style was clunky. For example, when I chose one of the restaurants, the response was to order via the counter. (Looking back, that was probably the coffee place...) The user-friendly aspect was that on both the mobile device and kiosk accurately displayed restaurants in operation; if the restaurant was closed, it was hidden from the list. Ordering on the mobile device is doable. It might be difficult if this is your first time ordering digitally, but I don't know if there is staff nearby who would assist in navigating the mobile-web. I actually visited here twice for lunch and dinner. In the first round, we had ramen from the Laughing Buddha and a salad from Happy Leaf. Both were large portions so I was content after eating there. In the second visit, we went back to the Laughing Buddha and got the miso ramen. We also tried the Korean styled friend chicken sandwich, and a poke bowl from the Temaki Bar. The unexpected favorite was the Korean styled fried chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was crispy and very airy! It also wasn't too spicy either, so even with me (low spice tolerance) I was able to to eat it. Generally, each of the dishes in this area are filling. The poke bowl was also large enough to make me fill full after eating. I liked how the seats were modern and comfy. On the farther side of the food court there were seats that look like couches. Descending a short flight of stairs were more eats, but these seats surrounded a bar. Came here for their Happy Hour Oyster deal for $2 each. When you walk in, head over to the where the bar is and just grab a seat anywhere (tables, hightop or bar top). Once seated, the server will come by and take your order. I am not sure if there were any HH offerings as we were there6just for the oysters. The oysters are from the east coast which we prefer as they are less fishy. We ended up getting 2 dozen. A pretty good deal as a dozen will run you double the price.
