Eataly is my favorite place to visit on my first day in Vegas. Why? Because the choices are endless and it's easy to get to. There's something for everyone here! Pizza, sandwiches, pasta, gelato, salads, spritz, wine and more. Kind of overwhelming if it's your first time, but I recommend doing a walk through to check out the offerings. I usually order pizza from Gran Caffè Milano bar. It's an upscale full Italian bar that serves up regional wine, Italian cocktails, beer and spirits all day. I usually just get the Aperol Spritz. They also offer a variety of pastas and light bites. The staff is friendly and attentive. They make you feel like they've known you forever. Always great conversations here! I haven't tried the happy hour yet, but they do offer Aperitivo hour twice daily from 1-4pm and 7-10pm. You can expect deals on drinks and pizza. I love the gelato here too. I tried the banana chocolate chip and pistachio flavors which were creamy, rich and flavorful. Definitely cooled me down in the hot Vegas weather. Hello: hubby and I stopped here for some gelato. It is about $7 a scoop. The scoop is the equivalent of 1/4 of a cup. Hubby got the chocolate hazelnut swirl. There were no hazelnuts in the scoop. I ordered the stracciatella which is vanilla gelato with chocolate that is drizzled onto the gelato forming chocolate threads in the scoop when the chocolate hardens. The vanilla had no depth of flavor. We both agreed both flavors were flat Nothing stood out. And, the texture was more of an ice cream than gelato. I cannot recommend this location for gelato. read more

The Eataly Enomatic is a hit and miss. Came today for the flight. Got the same flight x 2. The pour was ridiculous. It was worse than I had yesterday which was an awesome pour. I decided to come again today because the tastings given was great but I felt gypped today, I paid $40 for two sets of the Royale flight which was like two sips. I even tipped above the norm and asked the server Cecelia why the pour was so low and she said oh yeah usually the guy has a heavier pour which is not the case as the server I had yesterday was a female server and she gave a great pour. Needless to say I am not happy with the price I paid. And I have to sit here swatting flies away from my drinks. I will make sure to buy a bottle instead. First time staying at Park MGM, so I'm still not too familiar with all the restaurant options here. Today, I was looking for something to eat at Eataly. I'm not a huge pasta fan and wasn't really in the mood for pizza, but one thing I can never pass up is trying lasagna! While browsing the menus online, I was happy to see that two of the restaurants here had lasagna on the menu. Decision made! Sadly, I completely forgot to take a picture, but let me tell you--this lasagna was not only tasty, but the portion was HUGE! It was easily big enough for my friend and me to share. And honestly, this was definitely one of the better lasagnas I've had at an Italian restaurant. The flavor was on point, the portion was generous, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Would we order it again? Absolutely! They did provide two sets of utensils but no plates. After already having our food, we just wanted to sit down and enjoy a couple of drinks, so we made our way over to the Eataly Bar. Gabriel was quick to take care of us and got us a beer and wine right away. When we mentioned that we hadn't received any plates from La Pasta Fresca, he was kind enough to provide us with some. A must visit if you're nearby on the strip! Even if you are not in the mood for Italian food, this place is worth checking out just in case you change your mind! Ambience (4.5/5) Conveniently located off the street on Las Vegas Blvd, this eataly location also serves as an entrance to Park MGM (which is also one of the only smoke free resorts on the strip!). It is always a treat to be able to browse and dine/drink in a smoke free environment so they get extra special points for that. The set up of this Eataly is different from other locations I've been to because it serves primarily tourists so there is not a grocery market section, and there are mainly small restaurants/bars/cafes throughout the space; however, there is a small "market" section that sells chilled wines, cookies, and other Italian goods but it is much less impressive of a selection compared to their other locations. The only downside that I noticed is the lack of tables/seating if you're eating at one of their smaller restaurant kiosks in the center of Eataly especially if you're there on a busy weekend evening like I was. Food (4.75/5) I ended up eating at one of their counter concepts called LA CARNE E IL PESCE which serves a variety of meat entrees and I got 3 chicken skewers which ended up being 45$. It was a lot of meat and on the saltier/bland side but a very healthy meal choice in Vegas. It came with some vegetables that were less salty and actually tasted better than the meat. (4/5) Then, I ended up going to their patisserie counter and ordered the best dessert I've had all year called baba limoncello. I went three hours before closing so the desserts were a bit picked over (especially the tiramisu, I personally skipped that one), so I suggest going early in the day to get the freshest pastries. The cake was soaked in a sweet simple syrup and had a custard filling. Truly a memorable dessert and I would return just for the limoncello again. (5/5) I also visited their small market store and picked up a small pack of aperol spritz, and I also bought various Italian chocolate filled cookies to bring back home. The cookies were actually much fresher than the same ones I bought at their Century City location most likely because of the high turnover of products in Las Vegas. (5/5) Service (4.75/5) The workers were friendly when I went, but definitely a little stressed since it was extremely busy on the night that I visited. There were also workers that bussed tables if you ate at one of the counter restaurants and ate at a table which was nice. My second time here and I love it. I love Eately and have been to a few of their locations over the years. First one in New York then the one in Florence and of course LA which is the closest to me. This location at the MGM Park is very nice. There are restaurants, a bar , coffee shops, gelato and the mini market. It's not as big as the LA store or New York but it's still nice. My husband and I were walking on the strip when we came in to have coffee and dessert I ordered the summer special iced coffee and the most delicious hazelnut cookies. I enjoyed every bite of that cookie. I almost bought a second one. My husband ordered a chocolate cake and coffee. The cake was amazing of course. The ambiance is fun here and the service friendly, depending which area you are shopping from. Overall a must stop when in Vegas. read more

It's always a nice time here. If you haven't been it's an open concept with loads of stalls to choose from. Gourmet meal, sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, deli and of course wine. Not to be left out but a really nice cafe and shop. There's pretty much everything you would like and want. The food court are is open seating but can be limited if it's busy. The entrance is off the blvd and the casino so they'll be loads of foot traffic coming in and out. Besides the stall, there's some restaurants with service which is nice if you wanted to be taken care of. Regardless which one you go to, I'm sure you'll be happy with your meal. Even walking through and browsing the stall, you're literally going to see something you want to try. The services have alway been great. Food has alway been nice and enjoyed. They have a nice bar inside which is great for a nice aperol spritz and people watching. You'll alway mingle with someone as everyone is there for the same reason. A meal and drink. We had an amazing experience during our visit here and so very happy with all the food we tried and got. We went on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and it wasn't overly crowded at all. The atmosphere was pleasant and lively, although we thought the music was a little too loud. The place was clean and very well ventilated, which was really nice given the much warmer temperature outside. Most of the staff we came across were friendly and approachable. We first stopped at La Pasta Fresca and got their Lasagna Classica, which was one of their specialties. Their pasta is fresh and made daily, and you could absolutely taste that in every bite. The lasagna was scrumptious and tasty, and they definitely did not skimp out on anything. We also stopped by La Pizzeria and tried their Burrata e Pomodoro Roman-Style Pizza. It was so good, I probably could've had another slice of it! The burrata was so creamy and I loved the pops of cherry tomatoes that made it taste brighter and more well balanced. Our last stop was at La Pasticceria. This one in particular I was looking forward to since I have been craving for some really good tiramisu for quite a while now. We got an Iced Brown Sugar Latte, as well as a Tiramisu Della Nonna and a Tiramisu Della Nonna alla Nutella (part of their Tiramisu Fest). The latte was good and I was happy with it--it had a very bold coffee flavor and I love that, but nothing unique about it. The original tiramisu that we got though? I could probably eat boatloads of it. It was sooooo so good! It was everything you'd want your tiramisu to be--creamy and luscious without being overly sweet and just having that perfect amount of espresso flavor. Although I wasn't a huge fan of the nutella version--it was way too sweet for all of us to the point that you could only have a few bites of it. A thing of note--everything's definitely on the much pricier side here, but then again, you are in Vegas. I personally think it's worth it though. Casual and budget friendly yet classy with great quality food! We came during the 2026 NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Frozen Four weekend and it was packed. Getting a table was not easy but we found one in the back section. Pizza, pasta, and gelato were all very tasty. Prices are higher than fast food places but for Vegas and for the quality and nice ambiance, I think it's quite worth it. And yes, this Eataly still has free water when we visited (some had stopped offering that) -- there is a water station under the "orange tree" -- just look around and you should be able to find it in the back. read more

We opted for the pasta which is made fresh daily and had a dozen fresh shucked oysters for $36. Eataly has a very small market area but plenty of fabulous places to eat & drink. They offer free wine and cocktail tastings from time to time. Their recent "Spritz Festa"was fun. Live entertainment, free cannolis (delicious) & lots of drink samples. If you live in Vegas stop by La Salumeria to pick up some soppressata sliced to go. They only sell it by the pound but it's absolutely delicious. The best I've ever had! Plus it freezes well. I went to La Pizza & La Pasta for dinner but there's quite a few places to go inside right before you go inside the Park MGM casino. Super cute area for pasta, pizza, wine and gelato. Came the Eataly bar for happy hour that was 7pm-Close. Ordered a pizza and a salad and waited 30 minutes only for the guy that took my order at the bar to come tell me they had burnt the pizza and they would be putting a new one in. The pizza arrived and then it wasn't the one I had ordered. So needless to say it took about an hour to get the right pizza. Was kinda pricy even for happy hour. If you're inside the MGM Grand, you have to stop by Eataly specifically the bakery/pastry section. It's tucked inside this whole Italian marketplace concept, and honestly, it's a dangerous place if you have even a slight sweet tooth. The hardest part? Choosing. They have so many options full-sized pastries and a huge selection of minis, which is the only way to go because you're going to want to try everything. We grabbed a mix, and not one thing disappointed. There was this oversized Ferrero Rocher-inspired chocolate dessert that was filled with the most unreal, creamy mousse... I'm still thinking about it. Absolute standout. Then we went in on the mini pastries so we could sample more lemon meringue, a cream puff, something with a coffee flavor (I wish I remembered the names, but at that point I was just trusting the process). Every single one was fresh, flavorful, and just really well done. This is one of those spots where everything looks incredible and somehow tastes even better. If you're walking through MGM, do yourself a favor and stop here. Maybe skip one of the overpriced desserts elsewhere and come here instead. Gorgeous upscale casual eatery with lots of options from pizza, to handmade pastas, canoli, gelato, Lavazza coffee, steak, fish and other seafood, fried station, wines from left to right, prosciutto di Parma, every gorgeous dessert imaginable and so much more!! Absolute must visit when in Las Vegas. I don't know what it is about Eataly but it is just so comfortable to be here for a casual meal that feels luxurious. What better place to go than Eataly for a quick, simple breakfast? Ordered the Salmon toast (forgot the menu name for it) and the avocado toast. Both were really good and we especially liked how fresh the taste was from the veggies. The menu was relatively limited but it's also understandable since it's Vegas. LOL who wakes up early for breakfast anyways, you know? Overall the dishes were great and service was awesome. Quick service and great personalities at the register and the staff calling orders. Eataly is a convenient place to eat at Park MGM. We ate there after a show at the T-Mobile arena and there were very few kiosks open. Ended up at the pizzeria. The pizza was barely warm but tasty. They also have nice solid silverware. Just a bit expensive at $22-$24 a slice. read more

It's bright from the gigantic plate glass windows, and it's modern and classy. I 'd heard about the Eataly section of Park MGM but I was never interested in trying it, thinking it would either try to replicate the vibe of the Old World like Olive Garden or that it would pretend to be like Little Italy in NYC and it would be a cliche, but this place is modern and clean and has a lot of interest eating restaurants that aren't tying to fool you into thinking you're in Italy, but there are lots of choices so you get the vibe of being a tourist, watching the people walk by as you have something Italian to eat that isn't heavy handed. I hung out at Lavazza and from my chair I could go window shopping with my eyes because there were a lot of food knick knacks that I wanted to try. Finding seating was a little tricky at dinner time with a show starting soon at Dobly and a fight at T-Mobile. It was busy! But once we found a table and a QR code for mobile ordering, things got really good! We ordered from multiple stands all on one order. You can charge it to your MGM property room, which is nice. Then you get a text as each stand has your order ready. Our group had three different pasta dishes and enjoyed all of them. The pasta is fresh, maybe handmade. I had a slice of pizza which was rectangular and very unique. The crust was interesting and good: crispy on the corners and bottom but nice and chewy inside. Not enough cheese and cheese wasn't melty, but still good pizza. I also had a chicken skewer which was fantastic! Great flavor without being over seasoned. Overall, a good dining experience once you figure out. Just a little stressful when it's crazy busy if you're in a hurry. read more

My first time getting crepes at Eataly! I believe it's served from 8am-2pm and I went right at opening. There were already people waiting :o Fast service. It was quite expensive for a crepe. I got the nocciola crepe and added strawberries. My friend got the nocciola crepe and instead of nutella sub caramel and added mixed berries. I love how there's so much seating inside and it was quite lively since people were ordering coffee and pastries too. They were very generous with the strawberries but my crepe felt dry since there wasn't much nutella inside :( For my friends crepe, they were super generous with the caramel sauce so hers was perfect. I was able to get a table right away, since it was 530 on a Tuesday I wasn't too concerned. I was brought a carafe of ice water quickly. I had plenty of time to look at the menu but I knew what I was choosing since I looked at the menu online. My server took my order letting me know the items I chose had extra charges. Someone else brought my salad. It was a tasty blend of flavors and textures. I ordered a limoncello spritz, also. Before I finished my salad out came my entree. It was the same guy who brought out my salad he offered to take it back but I said no. I noticed the table next to me also got their entrees before they were finished with their appetizers. Fantastic concept! We stoped by twice a day during our 2-night stay at the hotel. They have many counters offering variety of food and drinks throughout the day. We got some pastries, coffee, and tea for breakfast. We got a slice of pizza and a crepe for lunch. We got iced tea and cake for afternoon snack. We got gelato on the donut for evening treat. Obsessed with checking out Eatly locations when I travel. This one is inside of the Park MGM on the strip. It's a bit smaller than other locations but still has the charm and vibe of other locations. Me and my friend walked around and took in everything before we ordered! It is a little overwhelming since everything looks delicious so it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. I went with a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and an Aperol spritz from 2 of the places there. The salad was fresh and the dressing was perfect...the spritz was nice and refreshing. I have to point out that the bits senza la fragola are grainy. This time, I tried additional flavors, nacciola, pistacchio, and gianduja, with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios and it was great. HOWEVER, I tried two of their biscuits, the Bacio di Dama and the biscotto al caffe. Bacio di dama was decent (only lacked the fresh crunch). The coffee one, however, I recommend saving the calories. The filling was terrible and it wasn't crunchy at all. I love the ambiance. The staff could be nicer but oh well. I'm not there for the service.
