It's always a nice time here. If you haven't been it's an open concept with loads of stalls to choose from. Gourmet meal, sandwiches, salads, charcuterie, deli and of course wine. Not to be left out but a really nice cafe and shop. There's pretty much everything you would like and want. The food court are is open seating but can be limited if it's busy. The entrance is off the blvd and the casino so they'll be loads of foot traffic coming in and out. Besides the stall, there's some restaurants with service which is nice if you wanted to be taken care of. Regardless which one you go to, I'm sure you'll be happy with your meal. Even walking through and browsing the stall, you're literally going to see something you want to try. The services have alway been great. Food has alway been nice and enjoyed. My regret is being able to only have one meal here. So many things looked and smelled amazing! I came for the margherita and roma pizza. This place is better than any other Eataly I've been to. Not bomb but not bad. There are a lot of selections if you're hungry. My fave is the Eataly bar. C'mon...as if you didn't know. Casual and budget friendly yet classy with great quality food! We came during the 2026 NCAA Men's Ice Hockey Frozen Four weekend and it was packed. Getting a table was not easy but we found one in the back section. Pizza, pasta, and gelato were all very tasty. Prices are higher than fast food places but for Vegas and for the quality and nice ambiance, I think it's quite worth it. And yes, this Eataly still has free water when we visited (some had stopped offering that) -- there is a water station under the "orange tree" -- just look around and you should be able to find it in the back. read more

They have about 8 sorbet flavors and about 12 gelato flavors. Good optionally, but not as many as in their NY locations. I ordered a large. You could add up to 3 flavors. If you're inside the MGM Grand, you have to stop by Eataly specifically the bakery/pastry section. It's tucked inside this whole Italian marketplace concept, and honestly, it's a dangerous place if you have even a slight sweet tooth. The hardest part? Choosing. They have so many options full-sized pastries and a huge selection of minis, which is the only way to go because you're going to want to try everything. We grabbed a mix, and not one thing disappointed. There was this oversized Ferrero Rocher-inspired chocolate dessert that was filled with the most unreal, creamy mousse... I'm still thinking about it. Absolute standout. Then we went in on the mini pastries so we could sample more lemon meringue, a cream puff, something with a coffee flavor (I wish I remembered the names, but at that point I was just trusting the process). Every single one was fresh, flavorful, and just really well done. This is one of those spots where everything looks incredible and somehow tastes even better. If you're walking through MGM, do yourself a favor and stop here. Maybe skip one of the overpriced desserts elsewhere and come here instead. What better place to go than Eataly for a quick, simple breakfast? Ordered the Salmon toast (forgot the menu name for it) and the avocado toast. Both were really good and we especially liked how fresh the taste was from the veggies. The menu was relatively limited but it's also understandable since it's Vegas. Fantastic concept! We stoped by twice a day during our 2-night stay at the hotel. They have many counters offering variety of food and drinks throughout the day. I was able to get a table right away, since it was 530 on a Tuesday I wasn't too concerned. I was brought a carafe of ice water quickly. I had plenty of time to look at the menu but I knew what I was choosing since I looked at the menu online. My server took my order letting me know the items I chose had extra charges. Someone else brought my salad. It was a tasty blend of flavors and textures. I ordered a limoncello spritz, also. Before I finished my salad out came my entree. It was the same guy who brought out my salad he offered to take it back but I said no. I noticed the table next to me also got their entrees before they were finished with their appetizers. Finding seating was a little tricky at dinner time with a show starting soon at Dobly and a fight at T-Mobile. It was busy! But once we found a table and a QR code for mobile ordering, things got really good! We ordered from multiple stands all on one order. You can charge it to your MGM property room, which is nice. Then you get a text as each stand has your order ready. Our group had three different pasta dishes and enjoyed all of them. The pasta is fresh, maybe handmade. I had a slice of pizza which was rectangular and very unique. The crust was interesting and good: crispy on the corners and bottom but nice and chewy inside. Not enough cheese and cheese wasn't melty, but still good pizza. I also had a chicken skewer which was fantastic! Great flavor without being over seasoned. I was told by a dear friend to avoid eating at restaurants in any hotel in Vegas because the prices were way too high in costs. However, EATALY was so worth a few extra dollars. Service was fabulous! Patrons from all over the USA were friendly and lovely. My daughter and I even exchanged our contact info with two in particular from Alaska and Arkansas!!! The food was amazing and delicious: Tagliatelle with a Bolognese sauce was big enough to share... fried artichokes, warm focaccia bread and a Insalata di Rucola salad just were delicious!!! Dessert was gelato. Highly recommend their pistachio...( totally different than what one expects, but authentic per our Italian friends)... We ate here our first night and we loved every morsel. My first time getting crepes at Eataly! I believe it's served from 8am-2pm and I went right at opening. There were already people waiting :o Fast service. It was quite expensive for a crepe. I got the nocciola crepe and added strawberries. My friend got the nocciola crepe and instead of nutella sub caramel and added mixed berries. I love how there's so much seating inside and it was quite lively since people were ordering coffee and pastries too. They were very generous with the strawberries but my crepe felt dry since there wasn't much nutella inside :( For my friends crepe, they were super generous with the caramel sauce so hers was perfect. Gelato and bakery sections Came back for that gelato! =)) we have actually tried to find the mascarpone Alla fragola gelato at other eatalies to no avail. I have to point out that the bits senza la fragola are grainy. This time, I tried additional flavors, nacciola, pistacchio, and gianduja, with a sprinkle of crushed pistachios and it was great. HOWEVER, I tried two of their biscuits, the Bacio di Dama and the biscotto al caffe. Bacio di dama was decent (only lacked the fresh crunch). The coffee one, however, I recommend saving the calories. The filling was terrible and it wasn't crunchy at all. I love the ambiance. The staff could be nicer but oh well. I'm not there for the service. However, I want to give a shoutout to the cleaning staff. They are on it! read more

We were on a short trip to Vegas in December and stayed on the strip. On our last day we wanted to pick-up something for lunch before heading to the airport. Eataly was a short walk from were we were staying. Everything on the various menus inside the Eataly building sounded really good so it was hard to choose. I saw the food station that a few premade panini sandwiches on focaccia bread that sounded very appetizing. We thought those would be easy to carry so we ordered two paninis: a Mortadella and a Farcita Cotto e Lattuga. The focaccia bread was very dry on both which took away from the overall sandwich. The meat, cheese and produce tasted fresh and good. On our next trip we would probably try the pizza, meatball sandwich or pasta from one of the other food stations. The Eataly has several different food stations that specialize in different dishes. Everything looks and sounds delicious but I think we probably need to try a little of everything to find that great dish. read more

Obsessed with checking out Eatly locations when I travel. This one is inside of the Park MGM on the strip. It's a bit smaller than other locations but still has the charm and vibe of other locations. Me and my friend walked around and took in everything before we ordered! It is a little overwhelming since everything looks delicious so it took us a while to figure out what we wanted. I went with a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and an Aperol spritz from 2 of the places there. The salad was fresh and the dressing was perfect...the spritz was nice and refreshing. Eataly is an Italian themed food court inside Park MGM. They have various vendors, mostly walk up and order at the counter, and a few sit down spots. They offer a huge variety of Italian bites from pizza, pasta, paninis, gelato, etc. We settled on a sandwich spot and got two chicken milanese sandwiches, one side of smashed potatoes and one Italian soda. I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a budget friendly option. Our lunch for two people with the above listed items was around $65. They give you a buzzer and you find somewhere to sit, which can be a challenge. It was ready in about 10 minutes. The chicken milanese sandwich was good, but basic and the size was kind of small. For the price, you would expect it to come with a side. The potatoes were okay. Good luck finding a condiment. I really like the Eataly concept, but inflated prices specifically for the portion sizes has me not wanting to come back. read more

Eataly Las Vegas is a bit smaller than the other locations I've been to in Los Angeles and New York but oof is it mighty. They immediately hit you with all the ready-to-make stands featuring drinks, desserts, sandwiches, pastas, seafood, and so much more. Situated in the Park MGM you can enter through the dedicated corner entrance closer to the M&M World etc. or through the actual casino itself. I love all the different shops they have and the bar featuring daily happy hour was a big win for me. My fiance and I found one of the stands was offering arancini and their classic spicy ragu sauce with meat and their cacio e pepe fried aranici-esque bite was so good. They have staff all over maintining the cleanliness and I seriously think they have like 100-200 employees in this space keeping it full steam ahead. Take a pic by the indoor orange trees and if you have an outdoor drink, you can bring it in and there were plenty of open seating (similar to a food hall) and water stations. The water stations are perfect to refill your bottles or you can take advanatage of the ice feature which was nugget ice. read more

Please don't come here.... despite how good the display food may appear, for the love of God just bring your business to any of the other lovely establishments inside the Park MGM. First of all the service is confusing as all hell. You can only order certain foods at certain kiosks, and if you do an online pickup order, it all comes out separately and at separate kiosks. Then, the food is.... oh jesus. It is insanely overpriced. The picture attached to this review was $108 worth of food. The ravioli and marinara sauce were cold and tasted like they came right out from a can. There was no cheese on either of the dishes, and the beef inside the rigatoni plate was chewy and undercooked. Not only was it pretty awful and insanely expensive, but there were little to no non-alcoholic beverage choices. The cheapest they could do was a $6 Italian soda. So dry! Just try somewhere else. Park MGM has other great options. While you're here, I recommend checking out the Lady Gaga exhibit. Stunning. read more

Went for a quick bite during happy hour at Eataly. Eataly is a HUGE place. It had different sections from quick grabs, bar, tables, and a little shop to buy souvenirs from. It basically covered half of the first floor! From the happy hour menu, I was able to try the Soppressata Al Padellino. Honestly, not a favorite. The flavor was off, it didn't taste like a good pizza and honestly for $22 (discounted already, $27 regularly) and it's size? I don't think it's worth. I ended up getting four mini pastries and a pistachio tiramisu to go. The total I think was around $50 which seemed high but it's Vegas and might have been worth it. I was very wrong I honestly took one bite of each of the pastries and threw them all away. The pistachio tiramisu cannot be described in any other way of just saying that it was wet and soggy. This is such a cute place, we were immediately taken in by its set up. Italian restaurants all around, even the vibes just take you away. Service here was quick and we got a chance to look at all the options before going to the front. We ordered the Soppressata, which was a honey glazed pizza. I wasn't impressed because it was pretty dry inside. I ended up getting the breakfast crêpe with egg, portabello mushrooms, ham, Gruyére cheese, spinach, and tomato. It was hearty and delicious. This spot is so conveniently located in Park MGM. We went there numerous times during our stay so we got to try a bunch of different foods. It was the fried pizza. That dough was amazing! The salads were pretty good, but each salad we got was heavily dressed. We recommend getting the dressing on the side or else it's gonna be too much. Good variety of cocktails and wine. Each place is priced differently so definitely check before going. Nice little coffee shop with some pastries to enjoy each warning. Everyone is friendly. It was easy to find seating.
