Really solid wrap! I loved the texture of the wrap itself and the chicken inside was super moist and tender. I wish it did have a bit more pickled onions but it was still delicious nonetheless. The restaurant itself is just a small stand where it is like a mini food court at the cosmopolitan. Service was also super fast too, there wasn't much of a line and I got my food quickly. We were disappointed that the line for secret pizza was so long. So we came down to bang bar right before they closed and I had a delicious cumin beef bowl with rice. The menu is small. I like that they only offer a few things because I can get indecisive. The wraps were tempting, but I love white rice and it was really calling my name at 11:30pm. I asked what protein option was the most popular and the guy surprisingly said teriyaki chicken. Hell no am I ordering teriyaki chicken on vacation in Vegas when I live in Hawaii. So u got the cumin beef. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The beef was soft and saucy. Perfect on top a bed of jasmine rice. I love that it was paired with crunchy cabbage and sour pickled onion. It was great. I actually kind of want to go back and try the eggplant and the spicy pork..... maybe next time I'm in Vegas. The service was fine, order was ok, he charged me $10 extra for meal instead of $8 on the sign. When I inquired, he said the cucumber salad was more. Well, it wasn't as good as last time. No more bao bread option. There's a wrap that's like an Ethiopian tortilla. It's ok. The spicy pork wrap $15 had some nice flavors, but parts of the pork were burnt. And I have never been a fan of burnt ends. The spicy pork (4.5/5) was amazing, very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It says spicy, but it is not that spicy so don't be afraid to try it. The cumin beef (3/5) tasted a lot like curry beef, which make sense as cumin is used to make curries. The beef wasn't as juicy as the pork. read more

We go through these things quickly, so whenever we see Chili Crunch hanging out on a shelf, you best believe we be picking up a few jars. - Seasoned Salt | Whimsically umami and deliciously peppery. I love to sprinkle a bit on top of my food for added complexity and depth. You can also purchase these online and even at certain grocery stores. This place was extremely mid. I did a quick tour around the food court in the Cosmo and this was one of the stops I made. FWIW, almost all of the food spots in the Cosmo are exceedingly mid but this was on the lower end for sure. I ordered a wrap with cumin beef. The wrap was not really a traditional wrap at all (I didn't expect something traditional but I expected it to at least be inspired by jian bing, which it was not), and the meat was not tender and too salty. U Wrap - It's a long, thin wrap that is made with a thin flat bread. I loved the flat bread and wrap as a whole was really enjoyable. I would have appreciated this a bit more if the "bing" were a little doughier and had a bit more substance. I'm thinking something like a scallion pancake. Teriyaki chicken was not your ordinary teriyaki. The chicken cuts were juicy with a mixture of white and dark meat. The rice was topped with crunchy cabbage, almost slaw-like and the perfect side of pickled onion to give it some zest. Service was quick and friendly. There was a queue to order but goes by quickly. You may have to walk around the food hall to find a place to sit and enjoy your meal as space is kind of tight. read more
