The cosmo has a little food court on the second floor that offers a small variety of pretty good quality food that isn't crazy expensive or fancy. Among the take out counters and bar style seating, you'll find bang bar. They offer a small menu of Asian fusion things. They're super fast and the food is surprisingly pretty good! We were disappointed that the line for secret pizza was so long. So we came down to bang bar right before they closed and I had a delicious cumin beef bowl with rice. The menu is small. I like that they only offer a few things because I can get indecisive. The wraps were tempting, but I love white rice and it was really calling my name at 11:30pm. I asked what protein option was the most popular and the guy surprisingly said teriyaki chicken. Hell no am I ordering teriyaki chicken on vacation in Vegas when I live in Hawaii. So u got the cumin beef. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The beef was soft and saucy. Perfect on top a bed of jasmine rice. I love that it was paired with crunchy cabbage and sour pickled onion. It was great. I actually kind of want to go back and try the eggplant and the spicy pork..... maybe next time I'm in Vegas. I ordered a yuzu lemonade to wash it down and even that was good. It was $10, but still good. I paid $27 for a meal that probably would have copay a bit more if it was a sit down restaurant. I'm not surprised by the high costs of things on the strip and I thought it was actually a fair price. I'd do it again.

Stopped by Bang Bar by Momofuku today. I ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowl ($17). The portion was solid and it came out quickly--which I truly appreciated because I was very hungry--but the flavor itself was a bit bland overall. Nothing bad, just not especially memorable. That said, the service was excellent. The server was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which really made the experience better. Food was fast, service was great, and while the dish didn't wow me, it did the job. Not a place I'd rush back to for this particular bowl, but I wouldn't hesitate to return if I were nearby and hungry again--especially knowing the service is so good.

Really solid wrap! I loved the texture of the wrap itself and the chicken inside was super moist and tender. I wish it did have a bit more pickled onions but it was still delicious nonetheless. The restaurant itself is just a small stand where it is like a mini food court at the cosmopolitan. Service was also super fast too, there wasn't much of a line and I got my food quickly. Would def recommend for a quick and affordable bite!

Love the simolictic menu, the flavors of the food aren't overpowering and the protein really shows up,-and they are consistent. The service is amazongly fast and the food fresh.

Bāng Bar is a faster way to order quick grabs apart from the restaurant itself. I got the Spicy Pork Gyro. It was bland, not spicy, nor was it cheap. I also wasn't a fan of how it was packed, it got messy really quick and the meat wasn't spread out evenly. I wish I got something else but it really was just timing and one of those hangry moments.

Perhaps my expectations were too high. Food was ok. Got the spicy eggplant bang wrap and smashed fingerlings. The potatoes were not very good at all. I really enjoyed the wrap. Vegas prices for sure!!

My husband and I stopped to eat at Bang Bar for a quick lunch. We LOVE Momofuku, so we thought this would be a good option for us. The service was fast and we waited less than 10 minutes for our food. I ordered the Roasted Pork salad bowl with a cucumber salad on the side and my husband had the Teriyaki Chicken salad bowl. The food was fast and flavorful but both dishes were very salty and afterwards I had an upset stomach. Unfortunately, I won't be dining here again.

Bang bang, Bāng Bar Gang! Wow, this place packs a punch of flavor. If you're looking for a unique grab-and-go, this fusion spot is a must! The hubby and I always stop by on our trips to Vegas. Highly recommend the U-Wrap with the cumin beef; it's literally dripping with flavor! Soft bread wrap, delicious meat, and a sprinkling of sauce and pickled veg. Yum! It's Vegas prices, but it's a decent size! Also, it's in a food court so there is limited seating for the whole court. Still worth the stop!

I really want to love this place but I just can't recommend too highly. The food was good but very salty, at least to my taste. The service was fine, order was ok, he charged me $10 extra for meal instead of $8 on the sign. When I inquired, he said the cucumber salad was more. The difference was $1 vs $2 if we had to calculate but it's not worth following up. I picked the cumin beef, I was excited to try it, but it was just very salty. The cucumber salad is crunchy but even more salty. I probably wouldn't do it again (since there are so many eating options here), but if I do, I'd ask the sauces to be light or on the side.

Tucked away on the second level of the Cosmopolitan, Bang Bar by Momofuku felt like a must try. Ordered the Spicy Eggplant salad bowl and boy it was delicious. Great customer service and one of those were finesse and fire produce a some amazing bites. A place where you stop for a quick bite and end up lingering and savoring something unexpectedly unforgettable. Truly amazing and a definite recommendation!!

This spot brings big flavors to the small but satisfying menu. Nestled amongst many eateries on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan - it's easy to pass this place up because of big names like Hattie Bs or Lardos. We were not dudes pointed and everything we got was super fresh and packed with flavor. This is a quick service spot so our food was out in about 7 minutes. Definitely would recommend!

Great food! My only complaint is they don't have cups of water for customers. Service was great

Bad. Just bad. Chicken teriyaki rice plate tasted like boiled chicken with teriyaki sauce on top. Surprised David Chang let them use his name. If my chicken teriyaki turned out this way, I wouldn't serve it to friends.

Is the rice bowl the only gluten free option?

They basically only have 3 entrees, you choose your meat in any of them. 2 of the entrees are on bread, the third is a rice bowl, so that's the only main course gf. There are some gluten free sides but I'd double check to make sure for everything…

Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk.
