Among the take out counters and bar style seating, you'll find bang bar. They offer a small menu of Asian fusion things. They're super fast and the food is surprisingly pretty good! We were disappointed that the line for secret pizza was so long. So we came down to bang bar right before they closed and I had a delicious cumin beef bowl with rice. The menu is small. I like that they only offer a few things because I can get indecisive. The wraps were tempting, but I love white rice and it was really calling my name at 11:30pm. I asked what protein option was the most popular and the guy surprisingly said teriyaki chicken. Hell no am I ordering teriyaki chicken on vacation in Vegas when I live in Hawaii. So u got the cumin beef. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked. The beef was soft and saucy. Perfect on top a bed of jasmine rice. I love that it was paired with crunchy cabbage and sour pickled onion. It was great. I actually kind of want to go back and try the eggplant and the spicy pork..... maybe next time I'm in Vegas. The portion was solid and it came out quickly--which I truly appreciated because I was very hungry--but the flavor itself was a bit bland overall. Nothing bad, just not especially memorable. That said, the service was excellent. The server was super friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which really made the experience better. Food was fast, service was great, and while the dish didn't wow me, it did the job. The service was fine, order was ok, he charged me $10 extra for meal instead of $8 on the sign. When I inquired, he said the cucumber salad was more. The spicy pork (4.5/5) was amazing, very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It says spicy, but it is not that spicy so don't be afraid to try it. The cumin beef (3/5) tasted a lot like curry beef, which make sense as cumin is used to make curries. The beef wasn't as juicy as the pork. read more

There was wayyyy too much teriyaki sauce and the chicken was dry. The flatbread was good but unfortunately overpowered by the sauce. The portion was generous and they did not skim on the protein. However, it's not good for me to good back or recommend. The flatbread was about $14 but they also have a rice bowl for around the same price. This place was extremely mid. I did a quick tour around the food court in the Cosmo and this was one of the stops I made. FWIW, almost all of the food spots in the Cosmo are exceedingly mid but this was on the lower end for sure. I ordered a wrap with cumin beef. The wrap was not really a traditional wrap at all (I didn't expect something traditional but I expected it to at least be inspired by jian bing, which it was not), and the meat was not tender and too salty. U Wrap - It's a long, thin wrap that is made with a thin flat bread. I loved the flat bread and wrap as a whole was really enjoyable. Bang Bar was bangin'! Can't go wrong with Momofuku. The U Wrap has a thin wrapper shaped as a U, hence the name. Ordered the spicy pork and it was addicting. Loved the kick in the sauce! Teriyaki chicken was not your ordinary teriyaki. The chicken cuts were juicy with a mixture of white and dark meat. The rice was topped with crunchy cabbage, almost slaw-like and the perfect side of pickled onion to give it some zest. Service was quick and friendly. There was a queue to order but goes by quickly. You may have to walk around the food hall to find a place to sit and enjoy your meal as space is kind of tight. read more
