Facility: This is a typical food truck parked on the side of a business along side another truck that forms an L shape. There are a few tables to sit down under a shaded area so you can enjoy the food fresh right at the truck. Service: The man working was very friendly and helpful. He did his best to accommodate any change requests we had... he does speak English, but if you know Spanish, it's a little easier to make special requests. Food: Since I really wanted him to try a lot, we go one of each flavor taco they had... and we both agreed, all of them were good. The meat was so tender and full of flavor. Each taco had more than enough meat inside to fill me up. Although, they don't have Horchata, they do have a good variety of Jarritos! The workers were so nice and seemed a little surprised that I knew Spanish, which was kind of cool. It is an outdoor food truck, for those that don't like the heat, forewarning.
