It has been a very long process and we are unfortunately still displaced and not quite close to being finished yet, but Scott and his crew have been excellent. They handle working with the insurance really well, and they get directly paid by the insurance so we don't need our bank to micromanage the funds paid out by insurance. If needed, they have all the connections they may need to keep moving forward with the process.
