He put the new drywall up and did the mud and tape but never smoothed it out. We asked him to come back and finish. He smoothed and missed again saying he would come back one last time. That was a few years ago. Since then we have mold forming on the new drywall and he never came back. I've talked to him recently about the problem. He said he thought we were going to finish it but we don't know how to so we would have never said that. He said he'd come back that Saturday morning and never did. That was months ago.
