They still told me that they would come out and give me a call before they came. They never called, never came, even though I waited at home for them to come. After I sent a message re: the "no call, no show" I received a response saying that they didn't come because I said that other companies were going to come and give me a price. I never told them not to come, and if they didn't want to bother they could have said so. But they made an appointment for that afternoon and then when they didn't show they acted like it was because other companies were coming out - which they knew when they made the appointment. So they don't show and then lie about it.

At about 12:30pm we text messaged him asking if he was still planning to come to the job site and provide a quote. A minute later, the phone indicated the message had been read. After 10 minutes of not receiving a reply, we called, but he would not answer the phone. I doubt he could get more unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
