Even with holidays, extra requirements for Covid, etc, from the time the first "pay or quit" notice was posted, it only took 8 weeks before the deputies were removing a troublesome, deadbeat. Granted, the tenant did not fight any aspect of the eviction, and the court, and the sheriff's department were very efficient, Tele was Johnny-on-the-Spot with filings, prompts for my signatures, etc. Tele can't make the process go faster, but he can make sure every step is handled quickly, and most importantly, accurately. I recently heard of a local eviction 'specialist' who filed the wrong dates on a landlords paperwork, costing the owner extra months of rent. Not Tele. Tele is friendly and patient - explaining the details of every step, before it happens and adding clarification, again, when it happens. I was very grateful for his generosity of time, as he detailed every particular in the process and point that required attention. In addition to The Paralegal Solutions, I'd direct landlords to the California Apartment Association (caanetorg), if you're doing your own property management. They have every form you need; from screening to checkout, and a lot more.

He did not address any of my concerns, nor did he make any effort to listen or make me feel heard. I paid $200 for a consultation, and my experience fell far short of what I expected. My phone call was late, and when it finally happened, it lasted less than three minutes. Mr. Gorski told me to call back once I had all my documents, and would see if he would be able to help with the court proceedings but I was left feeling unsupported and uncertain about whether he could assist with my upcoming court date. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend their services based on how I was treated.

When I raised concerns to the owner, I was blamed for delays despite providing everything that was requested of me. There were multiple explanations for why my case was not moving forward, advising issues with the respondent, paperwork processing, and court timelines. However, when I contacted the court directly, I learned the office had already been notified of a rejection and had not yet submitted the required corrections, despite telling me everything was being handled. After months of delays and multiple rejections for the same issue, the paperwork was finally corrected and resubmitted. The court approved it within a week. I know delays can happen, but the lack of communication, conflicting information, and failure to address issues promptly made an already stressful process much more difficult than it needed to be. Save your time, money, and don't let this place stress you out or show you a lame magic trick. I would advise to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I couldn't answer at the time, but when I called him back, he didn't answer my first attempt. However, he did pick up when I called him back on the second number, and we had a conversation that lasted for about 9 minutes. During our conversation, Phillip shared that he had just been released from the hospital and was dealing with a terminal medical condition (notably one of his earlier excuses was he "just got back in town". While that may be true if he was visiting a hospital "out of town", I don't know how true his claim are). While I tried to be understanding and sympathetic towards his situation, I must admit that I had been waiting for updates for 21 days only to receive excuses. Phillip's revelation about his health condition came across as an unexpected reason, and I couldn't help but feel uncertain about the credibility of his claim, given my prior experiences and the other reviews I've come across. Phillip also claimed that as a business owner myself, I shouldn't leave negative reviews for other companies in the same industry. I disagree with this assertion, as I hired him for a service, and my review is based on my customer experience. Additionally, I took measures to maintain anonymity by blacking out any references to my company in the screenshots I provided. I asked Phillip to update me ASAP, but he continued to give excuses instead. It started to escalate, and I informed him that I would be recording the call, to which he responded indifferently, saying he didn't care. Phillip continued on to ask me if either I or someone in my family had been affected by his medical condition in which I responded someone in my family has. He then states would I talk to them in the way I was talking to him? I did not talk to him any kind of way outside of the way he talked to me and even still I kept my boundaries (as you will see below and in the audio he blew his top) From there, the situation took a turn for the worse, as Phillip resorted to using profane, obscene, and disrespectful language, including calling me names such as "pussy," "bitch ass pussy," "ingenious," "manipulator," "coward," and more. He even went so far as to threaten to sue me if I didn't remove this review in 24 hours. He eventually hung up in my face. Similar to many experiences of others, he begun to victimize himself as if he is the one that deserves all of the sympathy. While Phillip's situation is very unfortunate (if it's actually true) and I do wish his recovery, treating others in the disrespectful and degrading tone and demeanor that Phillip exhibited is unwarranted. Phillip alleged numerous times he "knows all about me" and "has people all over this country" (to be honest I'm not sure what this actually means and if this is a threat or not). Overall this guy has bad business practices and when he is called out on it, he will make excuse after excuse to justify the unjustifiable and victimize himself seeking understanding with something that simply doesn't compute. "The math isn't math-ing," as many would say these days. Be careful when working with this company!
