No communication, fraudulent billing, no follow up.. complete waste of time if you are a business owner and need to help getting things done

Fantastic customer service and very easy to work with. John Ettell coordinates my service. He assisted me with scheduling bulk shredding at 2 different locations (Matthews and Lexington, NC) and made sure that we received great service. The drivers (Anthony, Derrick, Tom, and Alex) were very professional and went above and beyond. This company didn't even blink when I informed them that I needed service at 2 locations and would be shredding over 5,000 boxes of files. Great company to work with, excellent customer service! I had six boxes of files I needed shredded. I stopped by around 1:30pm on a Thursday and was told that the entire business complex internet had gone down. They asked me if I could come back at 3pm and that they would stay open past three for me. So I left. I came back around 2:55. I learned that their internet was still out but they would shred my documents for free since that couldn't accept credit. I greatly approached that they didn't ask me to come back at another time again. I will use them again next time I need files shredded! read more

Took a couple of bags of paper directly to their shop on Pressley. The team was super helpful and the process is just drop and pay. Super easy. My only complaint is that I had about enough paper to fill the bottom 25% of one of their bins and they charged me for the whole bin! Need to come up with a weight based system to charge or you need to bring enough to fill up a typical large neighborhood recycling bin in order to get your money's worth! read more

I called on Monday to arrange for a pick up on Wednesday. The person answering the phone said they were driving but took my information, set up an appointment and said they would call me back in 30 minutes, for what I'm not sure. They never called back. I called again on Tuesday and my call went to voicemail. I left a message but didn't get a return call. They didn't show up for the appointment on Wednesday. Very poor service responsiveness. They might be cheaper than some of the other ones but they have to show up!!!!! read more
