A good source of hard flooring, tile, and countertops. They carried other items as well such as faucets, sinks, cabinets, and cabinet hardware but the showroom wasn't as well stocked in these areas so I probably wouldn't buy those here. This isn't so much a bargain supply store. There are probably better places for that if you are on a tight budget such as Floor & Décor and Tile for Less. I often come here to look at tile in the medium to upper price range though honestly I don't buy directly from these guys so I don't know specifically what the prices are so much. I tell my contractor what I want and they buy it and I get whatever feedback from the contractor. As big as the showroom is, as with most showrooms I wish it was even larger. I wish it was open more hours of the week so I wouldn't have to take off of work so much to browse here but they are open no less than other stores. They are open for 3 hours on Saturday and many similar store aren't open on the weekends at all. read more

Loved this show room. I traveled up from Seattle to Bothell/Kirkland to look for hardwood flooring which seems to have much more options. I walked in and the staff was there to greet you. They seemed very friendly, I didn't get a chance to speak with them as it was a quick trip. It was great that they don't require appointments just to take a look. Loved all the options I saw. Large showroom with flooring, tile, backsplash, door handle and other options. I enjoyed that they had fully assembled cabinets and kitchens to show. 10/10, would definitely come back! read more

My husband and I were referred here by our home builder to replace some carpet for our home on a warranty claim. I was immediately greeted by a man named George who was professional and courteous as I waited for my husband to arrive. I explained the purpose of my visit and he confirmed that he'd been contacted by the builder and was happy to help. He took us to the showroom, which I didn't even notice at the time because it was tucked away. Amazing space and great selection of carpet, wood and tile flooring, countertops, backslashes, etc! George was very knowledgeable of his stock, the warranty claim process and patient as we sifted through the choices. He was very up front about quality and options to maximize our choice. Happy to have this place in my community. Although it's tucked away, your navigation system will easily get you there. 5 min off Bothell-Everett Highway in the Canyon Park area, (way) behind and up the hill from the Fred Meyer. We had a great experience of working with ProSource of Seattle for all our material needs for a remodel project. Not only were they were willing to match, and beat, all other prices in the market but they had excellent customer service, and follow-up. We ran into a few delays, but ProSource was great at following up with the vendors to expedite what they could. We also had some issues with tiles being a slightly different shade from each other, and again, ProSource helped us out immediately and managed to exchange the tiles the very next day. Our property manager recommended this place for flooring for our rental property. The showroom is large and have every flooring imaginable - hardwood, carpet, cork, vinyl, laminate, tile, etc. All of the employees are incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Do not use these people. They are not customer service centric, in my experience, they are the opposite. My wife and I bought 1 package of flooring with a project start date a week away. The sales guy, Eric, said we were good to go and that it only takes a day or two to get from their warehouse to the store. Days go by and we hear nothing from them. Now it is the day before the project starts and my wife emails them to see what is up. Eric, said he had order it and will look into it. A couple hours later and Eric says that they can't pick it up, but if we want to, we can drive to Tukwila and pick it up. Since it was one day before our project was to start we decided to drive down and pick it up. While we were there I asked the warehouse people when this order was placed, and wouldn't you know it, it was placed that same day a few hours ago...We called and emailed Scott (supposedly some manager over there) he ducked our calls and never replied to any emails. Even when I called they said he "wasn't there" or "Helping a customer on the floor" - those employees really shield that Scott guy from ever talking to an upset customer... Fast forward through the end of the project and it turns out we didn't need that flooring. So I did what anyone would do, I attempted to return the unopened, unused, still in the manufactures box, flooring to Pro Source. They charged me a "restocking fee" they also charged me a "return to the warehouse fee" and when all was said and done, I got a very generous $58 from my $137.99 purchase price. So I called and spoke with Mandy (claims manager....lol) I said that there company didn't order it on time, I had to go and pick it up and I dropped off the sealed, unused product and I want a full refund less some fees. I told her I would be happy with $80. "As I said SIRRRRR..." You could tell she has no customer service skills at all. So I clearly laid it out for her. I told her that she is to refund more or I will dispute the charge with my bank and they will lose even more, if she was unable to meet me half way. She chose the latter so I filed the dispute with my bank....how stupid.... What a terrible business decision. The company could make the customer happy by refunding $80 that way they still have some of my money for "fees" but instead, they decided to lose all $137.99 because the claims manager is too stubborn or stupid to understand simple math. Excellent product selection and well priced. Administratively not hot. Communication could probably not have been worse. While they were aware of delays, they felt no need to communicate same and we had contractors scheduled with no product. They did not discuss or convey any restocking charges when they urged us to order additional materials as "you can return what you what you don't use as long as the boxes are not open? When it came time for their sub to schedule the finishing work, they felt an e-mail asking the sub to call me was enough. I eventually called and made the arrangements. Not professional at all. I would tend not to recommend ProSource for the above reasons, some of their staff just don't get it. Tell me the bad news, don't stonewall me and not answer your phone or return a text. Very happy with the products, still waiting on my refund, Guess I'll call and ask again. read more

We are so glad we found ProSource Flooring! They have come through big time for us. We have had the privelege of working with Eric Jorgenson there. He patiently and diligently helped us find the exact engineered wood flooring and carpet we wanted for our "new" house remodel at the lowest price we could find. Then we introduced him to a family member and he was able to set them up with flooring for their remodel as well, again at amazing prices. Stopped in today to look at tile and were greeted immediately and shown the ropes! There were SO many choices and all very well organized. There were plenty of counters to place your choices on and compare. We knew in advance that they had a small staff on Sat , but Debbie kept making the rounds of everyone, checking in to see if we needed help or to offer suggestions when we asked her opinion. Taking home samples was super easy. Such a contrast to another lg local unnamed showroom that we muddled around for 45 min without anyone approaching us because they were all busy at their desks!
