We just finished a bathroom remodel with Keystone Kitchens and couldn't be happier with the result. Our bathroom is beautiful and turned out better than we could have imagined. Our project manager was Rami who is absolutely stellar! He was with us every step of the way. Besides doing much of the construction work, he advised us by pointing out places where a change would be an improvement and worked tirelessly to get every detail perfect. He is a true professional who is an excellent face of the company. Rami brought in subcontractors whose work was outstanding. All workers were respectful of us, our home and cared about giving us the best results and value. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and will appreciate Rami and his talented team for years as we enjoy our show-stopper bathroom.

We are so happy we chose Keystone for our kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room remodel. Their professionalism and construction turned our old kitchen into a modern, cozy oasis that we dreamed of. As with any major construction project , there were hiccups, but the responsiveness of Chris and his team kept the project moving in such a great direction. Our cabinets, which they custom made, are some of the nicest cabinets we've ever experienced- so well constructed! And the attention to detail (and yes, we were annoyingly specific) was incredible. Thank you Keystone for creating our dream home!

We hired Keystone kitchens to remodel the extremely outdated and dysfunctional kitchen in the second house we purchased in Woodinville in 2 years. We had hired them to reface the kitchen in the first house we bought which we ended up flipping. We received multiple offers and sold over asking due in large part to the first kitchen they remodeled for us, which turned out absolutely beautiful! When we found our lake house, the kitchen made ya so sad but we knew who we could call to fix it! This go around we worked with Denise Delaney, instead of Chris the owner. We were nervous but he delivered a beautiful and functional design. I'm a cook so having flow and a useful design was as important as aesthetics! Not only did Denise deliver a beautiful design, but it was functional and made excellent use of the space and the funky position of the kitchen in the center of the house. He also talked us into keeping a wall and building around it which I'm so glad we did! He was able to point out things that we didn't think of that made so much sense! Maximizing our views of the lake while still giving us the cabinet space that a cooks cook requires. Josh Roberts was our project and did an excellent job executing the design. Not only was his craftsmanship on par, but he was able to tweak things as needed, as we rolled out our design plan while also keeping in mind how we were likely to utilize the space most effectively. This was important because we had lost a good bit of cabinet space in order to open up a wall to allow for optimal lake views from every angle. Due to the costume cabinets and thoughtful placement we more than made up for any lost storage space which was a huge concern of ours! Our beautiful new kitchen is the perfect marriage of form and function. Keystone takes care of its customers before, during and after the job. With their 5 year warranty, I've already called Josh to come tweak a few things. He returns my calls promptly and skyways takes care of the request in a timely fashion. For anyone who has done any remodeling in this area, they know how sadly rare that is! We appreciate that so much!

Drew, Alex, and Kate were all outstanding from start to finish. They were fair, clear, and upfront about scope, timeline, and budget from the very first walkthrough. No surprises, no hidden costs, no vague answers. When we asked detailed questions about framing, tile installation, and material compatibility, they answered with confidence and honesty -- including telling us when something wouldn't work or wasn't worth the spend. That kind of transparency is rare. The design documentation alone set them apart. Kate put together detailed material specifications, as-built plans, new floor plans, tile wall elevations, and full-color mood boards before a single tile was laid. Everything was organized, professional, and gave us complete clarity on what the finished rooms would look like. It made decision-making so much easier and eliminated the anxiety that comes with a major renovation. What impressed us most was how collaborative the entire process felt. Drew and Alex weren't just executing a plan -- they were thinking alongside us, offering suggestions that elevated the design, flagging potential issues before they became problems, and making sure every detail was right. They treated our home with respect and our vision with care. I did EXTENSIVE research before hiring Eastside Kitchen & Bath. They exceeded expectations. No crazy/scary remodel stories you hear -- if you have an older home in Seattle and want a team that understands the character of these houses while delivering a high-quality result -- Eastside Kitchen & Bath is who you want. We couldn't recommend Drew, Alex, Kate and the entire crew more highly.

I don't remember who I spoke to but I do remember that he said I would likely not choose them because they wouldn't be the cheapest. I don't know how or why he came to that conclusion in our brief phone conversation, but I told him I wasn't looking for the "cheapest", I was looking for the best solution. He scheduled a visit and did some measurements and we discussed possible options. I also let him know I was interested in kitchen redesign so that I could have a bigger fridge but he didn't seem interested and just went back to the powder room. When he was done, he said it would take about two weeks for a quote but I may need to reach out to him again. I asked if he had a card and he said no, then left. That was on June 11 and now it's July 28. If a business wants my business, they would send a quote. Maybe my little job isn't worth their time because business is booming, who knows. When your gut tells you they aren't interested, listen to your gut.

Eagle Remodel & Construction - New Seattle Master Bathroom Renovation

    Eagle Remodel & Construction

We hired Doru and his team at Eagle Remodel and Construction for a complete, down-to-the-studs…read moreremodel of our master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the result. This was my first time hiring a contractor. I had previously acted as the general contractor for our other two bathrooms, and my husband and I did those remodels ourselves, so I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted--and also plenty of lessons to learn along the way! One of the biggest advantages of working with Doru was his pricing. His quote was extremely competitive compared with other contractors in the area, some of whom quoted us 2-3 times more. We did have to manage purchasing our own cabinets, tub, tile, lighting, fixtures, etc., but that gave us the flexibility to shop at our preferred stores and save money. **A couple of lessons I learned:** Make sure you have all of your materials onsite before construction starts. There were a few times we were waiting for items I had ordered, which slowed things down. Had I used some of Doru's preferred suppliers, that probably wouldn't have happened. Also, if possible, I recommend having someone home during construction. I couldn't be home because of work, but my husband was, and that worked out well. Doru was consistently on time--sometimes even early--which is rare in the construction industry. He's also incredibly versatile and was able to handle a variety of jobs himself, including light electrical work such as changing light types and wiring and installing/replacing electrical outlets. The only time he brought in an electrician was for our heated floors because they required additional breakers in our electrical panel. And by the way, **I highly recommend heated bathroom floors!** They aren't hot; they're just comfortably warm/room temperature, which means no more freezing feet first thing in the morning. The project started with demolition, which Doru completed in just **one day**. From there, he handled the framing and coordinated his regular team of skilled subcontractors. One thing I appreciated about Doru is that he genuinely wants you to be happy with the final product. He doesn't try to push his own design preferences on you. When I asked for his opinion, he would explain the pros and cons of different options, but ultimately left the decision to me. I changed my mind a couple of times during the project--including the ceiling lighting and tub surround--and even though those changes created additional work, he made the requested changes without charging us extra. His team was excellent as well. Emmanuel, his tile professional, did an incredible job and really made the bathroom come together. He also installed our cabinets and crown molding, and his attention to detail was impressive. The drywall professional was extremely fast and efficient using Quick Set 5. We did need a second trip because of some ceiling corrections, but overall the work moved along quickly. Our project took about six weeks from start to finish, although some of that time was due to delays with materials I had selected and our family vacations. Realistically, I think the actual construction could have been completed in around four weeks if everything had been onsite and we hadn't had scheduling interruptions. What really stood out to me was Doru's follow-through. He has checked in with us multiple times since the project was completed to make sure we're still happy with everything. We are! I actually made one poor choice myself when selecting our tub faucet--it takes about 20 minutes to fill our large tub. Doru even offered to come back and replace it once I find a better faucet, which says a lot about the kind of contractor he is. **If you're looking for a highly skilled, dependable contractor at a competitive price, I would absolutely recommend Eagle Remodel and Construction.** I think they're an especially great choice if you're comfortable purchasing your own tile, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, tub, etc. and want more control over your budget and selections. If you're looking for a completely hands-off experience where you walk into a showroom, select everything through the contractor, and have them handle every purchase, a larger remodeling company may be a better fit--but you'll likely pay significantly more for that convenience. For us, Eagle Remodel and Construction was absolutely the right choice. We love our new bathroom and would hire Doru again without hesitation!

As someone who pays close attention to detail, I especially appreciated his precision and craftsmanship. I am so glad we went with him, and his pricing was fair. What stood out most was his honesty and thorough approach. We had reached out to several contractors for quotes, but Doru was the only one who took the time to measure our space accurately and fully understand what we wanted. He never pressured us into additional work and instead offered thoughtful guidance and expert recommendations. Despite working quickly, the final result was of quality and what we envisioned. I would absolutely hire Eagle Remodel again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented work, and people you can trust.

I ended up needing to gut the kitchen due to the water damage, and I have been very impressed with Slav's responsiveness and his knowledge on the subject matter along the way. The best part is this is not my first kitchen renovation (previous one done decades ago in different city,) but Slav made the entire process rather smooth, it required me almost minimum efforts on only picking out the cabinets/color, counter top, tiles, some hardware for the cabinets/kitchen. The project was done on-time, his crew showed up when they said they would, and finished as what's been estimated/expected. I would not think twice next time if I have another renovation need!
