There is a $75 charge to come and take a look, and with parts and labor is still cheaper and more worthwhile to repair than get new appliances. Side note- we have been the only owners for them, so we know where they have been and what they have done. He is quick and also provides tips on how to keep your appliances in good condition. We saw the good reviews on google and decided to give them a try. We were met in the Glastonbury store by Anthony. He was very helpful and we opted to have Joshua (owner) come to our house for an evaluation. Joshua arrived on time and provided great customer service. He explained our options in a way that we understood. We selected the replacement option. Joshua brought the unit same day and installed it, since had it in his inventory. Our old unit had been discontinued. He provided Cental Vac training 101 to us, so we knew how to change filters and attach the hoses. He was very patient and friendly. Excellent customer service. He will be our go to if needed in the future and recommend him.
