It looks basically the same, except for the circus lights that illuminate the rinse water at the beginning and end of the automated line. Very colorful indeed. The prices appear to have gone up since the last time I was here several years ago. The top of the line wash/wax with all the bells and whistles is now $17. Also, they have moved the cashier out of the building and he now has a computer in a kiosk in front of the entryway, rather than right inside. Smart move. He can speak without shouting over the spraying water and whirling brushes, be better understood, and even capture tips that were previously difficult to obtain. The scrubbers and spinning buffers are new and seem to have faster velocity for stronger cleaning. My car was generally well done with the recent cherry tinted bird poop easily removed before staining. It did not do as good a job on the insect smashed into the front bumper from highspeed driving on the PA Turnpike, but to be expected when there is no prep done to loosen their grip before the deluge. This was a good, but not great vehicle cleaning, but it is still the fastest wash in town.

When my son got there, the issues started immediately. First, the listing photos were clearly taken at angles that hid major cosmetic damage. There were extreme scratches down one side of the car, a dent on the roof, and another scrape on the back that were not clearly shown in the pictures at all. Then my son got into the car and a warning light came on saying the power steering system had failed. The seller himself couldn't even reverse the car out of the parking spot. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he had my sons follow him on the highway to another garage just to diagnose the issue, only to then say it would take two hours or more to fix the problem. After they drove all that way and took time off work, he still wouldn't budge on the price or make any effort to accommodate them. No accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for other people's time. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this guy.

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I rode through and watched all the moving pieces and once I was on the other end two men in winter coats wiped dirty rags across my windows and doors. That's was f#%^*kng it! I even rolled my windows down to ask if I should be waiting for something else. The first gentleman may not have spoken English because he strode staring at me. He didn't gesture to anyone for understanding or even make that face people normally make when they cannot respond for lack of information. He just stood there. With sunglasses and a winter coat on like a blooper from the making of Men In Black. The other gentleman came over and said "yea, you're good." I had every intention of hopping out and surveying my exterior but a clearly and purposefully posted sign says not to stop/stand/ or park beyond the exit. Because of the layout, you'd end up in the street after pulling out and have to drive back around to get back to the car wash. I drove home. I've attached pictures of what I saw when I got out. Seriously folks, my car was just "wet" not washed. Still wet because the put no effort in the "towel dry" that I paid for and now I have to go elsewhere to actually get a car wash. Sidebar, this place offers no interior cleaning whatsoever (they offer vacuums at the side of the building). I hope beyond hope that this place closes soon some new owner makes better use of the place. I hate them so much.

My back window was only clean where my windshield wiper had swiped. My side mirrors were worse than when I arrived due to all of the water spotting. The drying of process left water spots all over the entire car so within seconds those spots turned into white rings all over my car and front windshield making it difficult to see through.
