First, a disclaimer: I've never needed/wanted an auto body repair service. I've been lucky, and have never driven anything so fancy that required this kind of work. But back in 2018, I made a somewhat questionable decision of leasing a car. It made sense at the time: short commute, job future was somewhat uncertain. I needed a low monthly payment and car to get me back and forth. Things are (I think) more stable now, and the lease, back in March, was maturing. Over the last couple of years, it had incurred a little bit of damage from shopping carts, other car doors, and possibly another bumper in the back panel. I needed to get these problems solved before returning it to the dealership; which leads me to my next questionable decision, well, actually, it was a lousy decision. While out for groceries, and a friendly, young guy drove up and said that he was starting his own dent repair service, and that he could fix my dings and dents for a reasonable fee. His name was Cody, and I called him a short time later to talk about his dent removal service in greater detail. We met again so he could assess the job, and came to find he lived right around the corner from me. I had no reason to think he was a scammer, or even just a bad repairman...but I'll get to the point: he was one or both. I just didn't know it at the time. He did everything right: he told me about his family, and thought it was interesting that we were neighbors, and he peeked in the driver's side door frame for info on the paint color, and said he'd run out to his store to get it, and he'd meet me in my driveway to fix my cosmetic issues. He showed up a short time later with his dad, John, and they began work. A short time later, I peeked out and gasped at all the body filler all over the car. It was excessive for all but one of the dents. They painted the car and called me out to take a look, and I felt massive remorse. I could still see the sizable dent in the rear (it was about the size of grapefruit), and the paint on all of the dings on the side clearly did not match the existing paint of the car. I mentioned this to them, though I am not great in these sorts of scenarios, and the father, very crankily said, "it will dry just FINE, ok? We're done here, Cody, let's go." I was floored. It did not dry fine. It was dull and lacked dimensionality. So I called Cody and told him I was unaccustomed to complaining, as well as body work, but I had to return the car in a couple of weeks, and I was worried. He said that he wanted to have a good relationship, since we're neighbors, so he came back a few days later on his own. And for the love of god, he actually made all of the problems worse. It was bitterly cold that day, and he blamed the weather, and I'm sure that didn't help. But the bigger issue was that Cody sucked at this particular task. He promised he'd be back when the weather broke. Weeks went by, and I called for a lease extension to cope, and Dent Boy and his Dad finally showed, to "finish." I was preparing dinner while they worked, and after a short amount of time, Cody texted me: they were done, and I ran out to look. Both men were gone without a trace. They spray painted all over my license plate and windows, and actually left fingerprints in the wet paint, which was still the wrong color, and lacked any kind of shine. The ding in the back was still clearly visible. I was sick to my stomach. I got scammed. If you meet a guy named Cody who seems sweet and who says he can fix your minor body work, just call Duie. Anthony had me come in later that week, and took a look at the car. The estimate was higher than I'd hoped, but I had already paid Cody a few hundred dollars, and I felt the sting of shame. But I agreed to Anthony's price because Honda would come in for the kill if I returned the car the way it was. They took a few days longer than expected, but Anthony (and his son, Anthony) kept me posted along the way. They had some issues undoing Cody's damage. Some nice perks: Anthony Jr. drove me home the day I dropped off the car, and picked me up the day it was ready. Even though I would be returning the car in a few days, I was thrilled to see it as we pulled up to the shop, good as new, and they even cleaned up the interior of the car. A huge help, since I have a kid and two dogs. Anthony Sr assured me it would pass the final inspection at the dealership and it did. A strange but happy epilogue: No, I haven't found Cody. Some day, haha. The lease contract's fine print spelled out a litany fees I'd be responsible for, and they'd send a final invoice. The dreaded day arrived. With some stress, I opened the envelope. Somehow, it was a check for $64. The car was in great shape, and they had applied a $500 credit, which covered the rest of the lease end fees. Anyway, I hope I never need body work again. But if I do, I'll call Duie, and only Duie. Cody: eventually you'll screw over the wrong person. Good luck with that. read more

Waste of a morning. I made an appointment via their website to get a pre-insurance inspection after I recently purchased a used vehicle. I received a text confirmation after I submitted the appointment online and then another text to remind me the morning of. When I arrived at the day and time I made and as specified in the text messages, they weren't able to help me. The lady that does the inspections wasn't going to be there all day and there was no one else that can do this inspection apparently. If you knew the lady wasn't going to be there, a text or call telling me to reschedule would have resulted in a completely different customer experience. When I showed them the texts that I received, the gentlemen I spoke with said words to the effect of "we didn't send those." Really? Please get control of your scheduling system. This was a waste of a morning and resulted in me having to call around and find another place to go and do this inspection. I'm definitely not coming back here for anything. read more

My truck was rear-ended by a very busy, but wonderfully nice women in a Mercedes who was in a hurry to go shopping. My insurance, NJM recommended them as one of their preferred auto body repair facilities. The repair was done in three days and was done professionally and washed. There is a enterprise rental across from them and they will take you to pick up rental, and call to return it when vehicle is finished, I would recommend them for any auto body repairs. read more

Great!! We had damage to the front bumper on our Subaru forester. The Subaru dealership and another body shop in the area wanted us to replace the whole front bumper( $$$). Antony was able to fix the bumper by replacing a simple bracket, saving us hundreds of dollars. I was impressed by the honesty and transparency. read more

I have a 2014 Hyundai Veloster Turbo. The car has low profile tires. About a month ago I was in a smaller parking lot and scrapped the passenger side up against about an 18 inch high curb. The results were my beautiful rims and the passenger side rocker panel received a serious case of Curb Rash. I scrapped them up pretty good. I started getting estimates for the rocker panel. I figured I would just get 4 new rims from Hyundai as the other 2 also had smaller scraps. The car sits pretty low so any curb touch makes contact with the rims. New rims from Hyundai were $549.00 a piece. I looked at aftermarket rims as $2200.00 is crazy expensive for 4 rims. It was hard finding any I liked more then the ones I have. I didn't want different styled ones but settled on a set that were about $1300.00 BEFORE mount and balance. Glad I didn't get them I Drive by A,B by Duie on my daily commute to work. I got out of work early one day and called to see if they could look at it real quick. They could. My call was answered by Anthony who said come now and he'd take a look, WOW! Perfect. I explained how much I love my rims and car and he did something unexpected that the other shops didn't.... Anthony listened. Never cut me off or shined me on just listened. When I finally stopped yacking Anthony methodically look all under the car, around the wheel wells and bumpers and informed me that its just cosmetic. We went into the tidy ,professional, and comfortable office..My rims are brushed aluminum with chrome inserts. The car is black. Anthony had me smiling as we talk over all my options. He thought the best solution could be pulling off the chrome inserts having the same rims, my rims refinished and the painted the same black as the car then pop the chrome back on. Anthony assured me they were going to " Look fantastic " the damage would be fixed and they would look amazing. They do. Anthony truly came off to me as a person who wanted to give me what I wanted not just how much money they would make or how , fast and easy they could do it. He said fixing the rocker was an easy fix too. Anthony continued the good news by informing me that it would all cost just a smidge over what the 4 aftermarket rims that I didn't even really want would cost. I said I'd drop it off asap. The Car looks amazing no other Veloster Turbo has rims like mine and mine are spectacular! I think Anthony knew all along that they would look great. Amazing work by amazing customer oriented people. I should note it did take longer then I was first told but Anthony updated me quickly everyone it got pushed back all in all the car was gone about 8 working days. read more

I found this shop because I had a car accident and my insurance company recommended them to me. What a find! And Anthony is a wonderful owner.These guys are amazing. Their work ethic is impeccable and they do very good work. They are honest- which is so hard to find in an auto-repair shop. Twice they did excellent body work on my car due to accidents but what really impressed me was the following: My son had damage done to his headlight while at school. We went back to this shop to get an estimate for his headlight. Now, if he were to have given me a ridiculous estimate that was high, I wouldn't have known- he could have padded the bill even because insurance was paying for it- and I would never be the wiser. He didn't and in fact, the attorney that was representing the person who damaged our car was surprised the estimate was so reasonable. To me, that is an excellent example of honest work and an honest shop. My recent experience was that my husband was sure he needed a new exhaust manifold on his truck due to how it was running. We called our normal muffler shop and they gave us a ballpark estimate that was high and two other shops were even higher! I had no idea that this shop did mechanical repairs and when I called, Anthony gave me a really reasonable ballpark figure and we dropped it off. The next day Anthony called me back to let me know that it may not be the manifold and upon visual inspection it would be the exhaust system. He explained what it most likely was, the approximate cost and that he would not know about the manifold until he took it apart. The next day I called for a status update and he informed me that it wasn't the exhaust system and was the manifold so they would return the kit and wait for the manifold parts. His estimate for our cost was already being cut in half! Then he called to let me know that they had gotten all the screws/studs out but one and that his guys were going to keep working on it past closing on a Friday night. That night I got a call at 830 pm that they had done all the work and only had to put it back together for a Saturday morning pick up. He said they spent like two hours just getting that last screw out. I am shocked and in a good way. This shop worked so hard to help me out and was so honest about the cost and didn't try and take advantage of me one bit. I do not mean to imply that they even would;just that its not unheard of in their business. Now that I know they do repairs I will never take my car to another shop ever again. We have lived in this area for 15 years and I can't believe we didn't find Anthony sooner. The bottom line: If you want honest work for a fair price call Anthony. If you want work that is done well and work that a shop will stand by their work, these are the guys to call. You will not be sorry! read more

I called to ask about a service and was told to come over the same day and they would get me back on the road. I showed up with my two young children in tow and we waited in the exceptionally clean office. The work was minor and completed in two minutes (I didn't have the necessary tools to do the job myself). When I asked what my charge was I was told that it was on the house. I was shocked but they said that cant justify charging me for two minutes of work. It's nice to know that in this crazy world there are still some very honest and caring people. I will be spreading the word about this family friendly shop. My husband will be bringing his car in for an estimate and I'm positive hell receive the same awesome service. read more

Never Again!!!! Will we use or recommend. I have never wrote a bad review and hope to never again. My husband brought his truck in for repair. We had to bring the truck back twice. Finally they where able to fix the noise which was coming from the air box and the door that they dinged while having the truck. We noticed after a couple of days that there was scratches on the windshield. Looks like they scratched with a buffer while washing the car. Who knows how they manage that one. We will not be returning the truck back there again for them to fix it. Unfortunately, while my husbands truck was in the shop my car also needed a bumper replaced. Picked the car up with the paint not done correctly. Went back the second time to picked it up a light that they replaced was out. They charged 15.00 for a car wash. When I got the car there was bird crap in two spots. Worst and most expensive car wash I ever had. When I was telling my sister the story. She told me that she also used them a couple years back. She was driving down the road and the side mirror fell off . They never screwed it on tightly. They also did not connect her battery right. My father took her car back about a noise . The owner told him to turn the radio up. Please Go elsewhere !!! read more

I came by to get some rusted screws drilled out of my back license plate that my normal shop down the road would not do for me because they were worried about creating potential damage by removing them. Not only did they do it in a few minutes, they said I didn't need to pay for it. Great customer service, clean shop office and I was just flabbergasted that they didn't charge me.
