THE BEHAVIOR BY THE OWNER WAS SO EXTREME I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER TOW TRUCK TO TOW ME FROM HIS SHOP! When my vehicle was towed, I requested it be taken to a specific location. The owner refused and instead suggested an alternative--to use his shop--assuring me it would be a better and more affordable option because he was a local small business owner. I agreed based on that representation. Once there, the final charge was nearly double what was discussed. Additional fees were added without prior disclosure, and the taxes appeared to be calculated incorrectly. When we asked for clarification regarding the pricing, the owner's tone, demeanor, and behavior became unpleasant and aggressive. He insulted us by calling us names despite the fact that we were simply asking for an explanation of the charges. Transparency, accurate billing, and respectful communication are essential in this industry. Based on this experience, those standards were not met, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this business.

State PD contacted Untouchable for the tow. Inspecting the area I could not see how the truck could be extracted without further damage to my fence. That being said....... I have to give Kudo's to Matthew, the tow "guy" who showed up with a Untouchable flatbed. Matthew inspected the situation and after hooking up the pick up from a couple differnt areas, artfully first pull the vehicle away from the fence then rehook and pull it away from the tree and onto the flatbed. I cannot speak for any other services that Untouchable but as for towing service (specifically Matthew), I had a 5 star experience and would recommend the service.

Joe was very dismissive and my rear bumper had minimal damage. It took them three months to fix. I had to call enterprise and my insurance every week to renew my rental. They did not pursue my insurance company like they said, I had to do all the leg work. I had to pay the gravels extra 1k out of pocket that my insurance didn't cover. Joe was the most dismissive person I've ever met in my life. He's short and cuts you off and acts annoyed. I wouldn't let them work on my dead dog. The sad part is he took my Truck to Gabrielle Ford Truck sales , knowing the truck was leaking Oil and to get the transmission programmed but while the mechanic was diagnosing the truck he listed all the parts that where damaged and that needed to be replaced. I sent the invoice Keye's & Son had charged me and the result was my invoice was fraud they never replace anything but put New bolts and silicone on many parts where a gasket went..
