He has offered a loaner car and has helped shuttle me when he's had to keep my car longer than expected. I only give him 4 stars since his shop is a bit difficult to find (next to an ice shop) and a little grimey, but don't let that deter you.

I received a phone call about the status of my car and what it's current needs were. As a woman, I'm a little nervous about getting taken advantage of - being told I need some repair that isn't required or being charged an absurd amount. That wasn't the case here. Frankie (I think that was his name), was very informative and easy to speak to. He removed a metal piece from the bottom of my car that had been hanging at no charge and installed a new light bulb for my license plate which I didn't know was required by law. He also let me know that my air filter was beyond disgusting, concerned about my child breathing in bad air quality. (noticed the car seat). My transmission fluid needed to be replaced, which I knew before. I told him I planned on selling the car in a month or so and he was honest that it wasn't necessary instead of trying to push for it.
