They were my first big pieces and they have been something I have been wanting for years now & she brought my wishes to life. I walked into the shop with no clear idea of what I wanted--just something for my forearm. That's when I met Sefa. He assured me he would make it happen and that I would be happy with the result. I heard about this place a couple years ago from a friend, but did not have a tattoo that I really wanted until recently. I lost my sister on May 1st and one of the last things she talked about was coming back as a butterfly. She also had plumerias tattooed on her. I went to this place to get a consultation on a tattoo that I thought up as a memory for my sister. The moment I went in the vibe was great and was received warmly by the shop manager who went over the components I wanted in my tattoo. After discussing it with the shop manager, she talked to Kazee who was the artist I wanted to work with based on the shops website and the artists Instagram page. Be advised this shop is by appointment only as walk ins are only for consult and yo book an appointment. That being said I discussed my tattoo idea and components with Kazee and he determined a price point for piece therefore no surprises at the end. We exchanged goodbyes and I left a deposit that secured my appointment and also went towards the final price of my tattoo. My appointment was set two weeks out for June 5th. Yesterday I came in on time for my appointment and the shop manager was just finishing up setting up my artists are for my tattoo. Kazee my artist who is also the owner of the came in shortly and gave me a friendly braddah arm/hand shake which instantaneously gave me the feeling of being family! So the positive vibes just kept on hitting. I sat in the chair and Kazee got to work right away freehanding the design I had discussed with him. I gave Kazee pretty much creative free reigns two my design with the exception of two main components that represented my sister which were must haves... the butterfly and the plumeria! Let me tell you something about this man/artist Kazee, I have never met someone dedicated to his craft and not waste any time especially a clients. While most tattoo artists start and stop and take all these breaks all on your dime...Kazee will literally not stop for a break unless you ask for one... which I finally requested for a meal break at the seventh hour...of course taking care of my artist as well cause he definitely deserved every bit of it. As hour 12 passed my man Kazee delivered on his promise and finished my piece! (For those unfamiliar with Polynesian Tribal it required intricate detailed one needle work.) Kazee you delivered on my expectation and then some my braddah! Not only did you make and mine feel welcome to your shop... you made us feel like family. You definitely have a repeat client and me and I will keep hyping you to anyone I know who's looking to get some work done. Keep it up my guy, keep killing it! You're the best! read more

Today I saw on Prosperous Ink Tattoo shop that they had posted on there Instagram "Friday 13th Flash Event Sale" $60-$80 Tattoos 2x2 or 3x3 Arms and Legs only. I decided to go cause it seem like a good deal, I had planned get small letter "A" initial on my hand it was gonna be around the 2x2 if not less than the 2x2 for sure. Well I visited the shop and It seems like a cool atmosphere I saw 3 tattoo artist and a girl who came up to me to ask how she can help me. I told her I was there for the Flash sale and I had my own piece to get done. One out of the 3 tattoo artist was already busy with someone and the other two was a girl and guy, they were both on there stations on there phones and there was nobody there but me as I what I saw. The girl that was attending me went and asked the girl first if she can do it and she just nodded her head no. Then she went to the other tattoo artist and she was describing what I was trying to get and I was thinking he was gonna do it but she came back and said "We are only doing arms and legs today" keep in mind I was doing the tattoo on my hand slightly above my wrist. So I told her since I was already there can I just still get it done just charge me what the full price is I don't mind and she just told me that in order to get that done I would have to book an appointment and she gave me a business card and I just said thank you and left. Not one of the two artist that were available came up to me or asked about anything they were just on there phones the whole time. The girl that was helping me was very nice and was just going about what she was being told. It was my first time there and I heard good things about the place so I decided to give it a chance but it just seemed unprofessional of the tattoo artists to acknowledge me or anything. read more

I wanted a cover up on my chest of some polynesian tribal free hand artwork. During my research there wasn't many places in the Modesto area let alone Central Valley that I knew of that did polynesian tribal tattoos. Prosperous ink in Modesto is the SPOT. My Artist junior, Surpassed what I expected I've even expected as my 1st polynesian tribal tattoo. His wife is very responsive in responding to any questions and contacted me for any openings that were available. Caleb was also welcoming and friendly and the shop is very clean.
