Yes, they are welcoming, friendly, and informative. Their ads show very happy people with stellar results. In fact, one ad shows a grandma selling her necklace so she could buy her granddaughter a car. I didn't expect an offer like that for me , but I did expect more than the offer. My take on this offer is for someone who is desperate to buy groceries. Know your jewelry value before you give it to them. They wanted to give me $100 for a ring that I know I had appraised for more.
