There's a younger guy there, Richard, and he's my buddy! He's always trying to do whatever in his power to help me find that perfect ring/necklace/charm/etc. They have a professional jeweler who repairs all kinds of jewelry (gold and silver... and sometimes, even glasses/sunglasses) and he does such a good job that after he is done, you don't even know which part was broken.
