She took the time to walk us through different diamond sizes, qualities, shapes, and settings, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually feel exciting and enjoyable for both of us. I stopped in to get several watches adjusted and was thoroughly impressed with both the service and selection at this location. Rosie was so down to earth and took great care with each watch to ensure fit was correct. The wait was very quick but I never felt rushed, and the cost was more than reasonable. They are the kindest and most professional people. However there is one person there, Megan, who looks down at you, so I will not return unfortunately. I have had to interact with her too many times, and it's too painful each time. Usually I have some time between each time I have to interact with her so I can tolerate going inside the store, but today was the last straw because I had to see her yesterday and today. The problem is that every time I talk to her, she is looking down at my legs or she is actively walking away from me. She has never said "hello" to me or asked me a question like "how can I help you." I have been coming here for 5 years sometimes once a week either buying or selling jewelry. Every time I walk into the store, I pray that she is not the one to "help" me and lately, I have not been fortunate in that. She is so disrespectful that she triggers me. We had a mishap with my engagement ring, getting bent. We gave them a call yesterday and they were extremely helpful, they did mention that their repair specialist is not in on Sundays and that we could come in today, and they even went as far to give us another jeweler recommendation if we needed same day service that day. We decided to wait and see them today and luckily made it in time before they closed and they repaired the ring so quickly and I am relieved we didn't have to leave it overnight or anything like that. I absolutely love this jeweler. My mother is a gemologist so I know a good jeweler when I see them. They do not try and rip you off. I took my engagement ring in after it was missing a diamond and they got it back to me at the end of the day. I love the staff and the work that was done on my ring so much that I brought my mother-in-law in and they fixed her ring. Once again I was very satisfied with the work, price, and the customer service. This jeweler was recommended by a good friend whose family have used them for long time. I completely recommended. I had an antique 40 year old diamond ring that was broken in half and the white gold was yellowish from age and non-usage. The completed work was amazing. I couldn't believe the end result. All for $35. Then the diamond felt off and I took it again for repair and they built the diamond holder from scratch and added extra support. Amazing job. This jewelry place is amazing and the staff that works there are extremely helpful. I went in and was helped by two women named Rose and Nordic. I went in with my grandmother's diamond wedding ring and a few other diamond pieces and had something made for me and four of my girl cousins. I really didn't know much about diamonds, they were very knowledgeable and we're very up front and honest. They also tried to be very conservative with the pricing as well.
