I arrived at 4:45 because I HAD NO IDEA this location was inside a grocery store. I drove around for 10 minutes before finally seeing the super small signage on the building. I arrived and she said "you late" and "we can't take you as a walk-in after 4:40". I didn't ask for any of that and simply expected a bit of understanding and patience but I was met with nothing but condescending rudeness rather than offering a solution in a friendly and professional manner. She needs intensive customer service training and should be immediately reprimanded for her actions. Absolutely unacceptable behavior in the workplace. I wouldn't trust someone with that attitude with a needle if you paid me.

When…read moreI asked about this, the staff told me proudly that their supervisor is the one that instructed them to close early every day even if patients are outside, wanting to get in. I arrived at about 4:40 PM and felt completely rushed by the staff. When the first draw was unsuccessful, the staff told me I might just have to come back another day since I couldn't get any blood to draw. On top of all of that, I have to take off work tomorrow to go into the lab because my lab work was never forwarded to my doctor. I've tried to call the office, but no one ever answers the phone.

Thankfully, however, my experience couldn't have been more different -- it was truly a 5-star visit. I originally scheduled an appointment for 8:45 AM, but due to traffic I arrived about 10 minutes late. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to reach a real Labcorp employee through their phone service (press 7) and let them know. They were incredibly accommodating and reassured me that it wouldn't be an issue and that my appointment spot would still be available when I arrived. Although it's a typical Labcorp location, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived. The phlebotomists were patient, professional, and kind. When the first phlebotomist had trouble finding a vein, she didn't rush or force it -- instead, she took the time to get someone who could, which I genuinely appreciated. That's when James stepped in, and he was absolutely phenomenal. He immediately picked up on the fact that I was nervous and went out of his way to make me feel more at ease, keeping the conversation light and genuinely comforting. There was a small miscommunication about how many vials were needed (it ended up being 8), which meant I had to be restuck to collect the remaining 4. Even with that, James remained calm, reassuring, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. Technically, I was stuck three times, and as someone who hates getting blood drawn, I can honestly say this was still not a bad experience at all. The care, empathy, and professionalism - especially from James - made what could have been a stress situation surprisingly manageable. If you're hesitant because of the rating, don't be. Based on my visit, this location absolutely deserves a higher score.

No biggie. She was very nice but stuck me in places that I've never been stuck at before. She stuck the first time, couldn't get any blood to flow. Then moved to the other arm and stuck a second time which REALLY hurt. She couldn't get the second poke to get any blood so she called in reinforcements which just so happen to be the lady i had the first time i went. The new lady stuck me a third time and was able to get my samples and i barely felt the third time. I'm usually never one to complain but the fact that i bruised like this after not even after 24 hours, that's a real inconvenience. I wish i had received somebody's name but just know if you are going to get blood drawn PLEASE request the lady with the tattoos to make the process pain free. Because i literally started bruising up a few hours after i left. Even my first pole had a small bruise but this one was the worse. This picture is the next morning.
