He got his position because he knew someone who put him there (that someone was also canned from the company. He didn't know what he was doing either. Just big talker.). Not a surprise. Most of the higher up managers got their position because they knew someone. Don't work for this company. It will be time wasted. Go get care from some other places. I was a bit surprised to learn the owner of SynergyND would arrive with my care giver on the first appointment. She quietly kept in the background making detailed notes about what was being done. From how I like my coffee, where supplies are located, my use of a transfer board to get in and out of my wheelchair, etc. By keeping those notes it would allow her to update any of the care givers (or herself) to come and they'd know exactly what was required. I can't tell you how many times other service companies I used would send someone different out and I'd spend most of the allotted time telling them what was needed and then repeat the next day when another new person showed up. It was so tiresome. If you're looking for home care service I recommend them highly. No comparison to the other services I've used in the past.
