This occurred in a low light, unstaffed environment with no staff present on site, and involved direct physical contact at the entryway, which raised an immediate safety concern. I reported the incident and requested that camera footage be reviewed and documented. I received an initial acknowledgment, but there was no follow-up provided regarding what was reviewed or any action taken though multiple emails and calls to corporate were made. I am sharing this because customers should be able to enter and use the facility without physical contact from other customers, and there should be a clear and timely process for handling safety incidents - especially during unstaffed hours.

A pattern is not 2 occurrences, it's a coincidence based on circumstances, but they want to blame the customer vs owning their missteps****I recently called Glo All Out to schedule a lash extension appointment after receiving a non-functional booking link via their Facebook Messenger. During the call, the staff member referenced a negative experience I had at a different salon three years ago, which I had never mentioned to them on this booking call. This suggests the staff member may have previously worked at that salon, but regardless, bringing up this personal and unrelated experience felt invasive and triggered significant discomfort and trauma response. The interaction was highly unprofessional and left me feeling uneasy after the call ended, Not to mention they tried hard to upsell me into other services. While I sat in my unease, gathering my emotions, I did a review of their social media. I reviewed Glo All Out's Instagram and was disappointed to find content that appeared to mock clients (I have video) of several reels they created by 2 different techs mocking behavior of customers/clients, further confirming my concerns about their lack of professionalism. I decided to cancel my appointment, which was a week away, by messaging them on Facebook and removing my card from their Square system. Their response was a curt "sure," with no acknowledgment of my concerns, apology, or attempt to address the situation, which I mentioned in my request to cancel. The combination of an uncomfortable phone interaction, unprofessional social media content, and a dismissive response to my cancellation request, with the reason why, made me feel unheard and disrespected as a potential client. I never proactively provided them with any personal data, other than my first and last name, They immediately stated I had been there. I said exactly this..."NO, I don't think so. I simply messaged about sales you had going on in 2022, 3 years ago (to which I have the receipts, with screenshots). Here's the irony. I am deaf, I use a captioning app for my calls, which means everything said is recorded in text for me to read. I have verifiable proof through receipts of the call recorded via text/captions. The honorable and professional way to admit their faults was to own up to them mentioning Lash Addict, which I never mentioned, they did in response to my name being provided for the booking. I cannot recommend Glo All Out based on this experience for lashes, spray tans or other salon services, there are other outstanding places to go here in St. Pete. I especially love the vegan tan at the other luxury spa in town.

However, a day after my spray, my feet started to look very and I sent a picture to the stylist and putting lotion on my feet and scrubbing it with bar soap because my feet were very discolored and didn't seem to take well to the spray tan. I can tell you that today is Wednesday and I don't even look like I've gotten a spray tan and I had my spray tan done five days ago. This isn't my first spray tan, but I'm very disappointed with the experience and especially paying what I paid I expected it to last a little bit longer and it barely lasted three days.
