    Rob and his team do excellent work. I have gotten to know him professionally over the last 18…read moremonths and trust his team with the keys to my home to take care of whatever is needed. My floors at home are not carpeted but have seen his work for my clients (carpets, furniture, mold remediation, water removal, etc.) who all rave about the results. Commercial locations I frequent who have switched to Rob's have a much better presentation as a result. I recently engaged them to clean our ducts and leather furniture and couldn't be happier with our experience.

    While I cannot speak to the quality of the work this company does, I can speak to the quality of…read morethe owner's character. Recently a postal worker friend attempting to deliver mail to a client of Rob's Carpet Care, was verbally assaulted by the owner of the company. Evidently, her postal truck was preventing Rob from being able to immediately pull into the client's driveway to park. At that point he jumped out of his van, ran up to the postal truck, and told the driver to "move, you stupid moron!" After that, he got in his van and finished parking. He then exited his van, ran up to the postal truck again, and called the postal worker a "RETARD." My friend then called Rob's Carpet Care to report the incident (not knowing she had been yelled at by Rob himself.) The woman who answered the phone told her "to save her breath. It was the owner of the company and she already knew." She then hung up on the postal worker. Now maybe everyone was having a bad day. But I have never had a day bad enough to yell names at strangers or to deal with customer service in such a unprofessional manner. There are many ways to deal ethically in business, and this lack of character would certainly prevent me from supporting them with my business.
