This agency's staff does the bare minimum requirement. Horrible business and customer service. Witnessed agents being very rude and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Update- When given this very feedback, Donna responded by saying "it's the customer's responsibility to sign state documents" however, it is the agency's responsibility to notify the customer of said documents. She at no time addressed the rude comments made about other customers or unprofessional behavior.

I was told that they did not issue money orders via the drive true. That's perfectly fine. I was told I would have to come inside and nothing else. I go inside only to find out that they don't issue money orders to non-fidelity customers. Period. I said, okay that's fine. (If that's the bank's policy, fine, they're just doing their job and enforcing that.) However, when I make the recommendation that I would have preferred to have been told that rather than simply to come inside. I believe your management would find it more professional if you replied with something other than, "Well I'm not the one who told you to come inside." and "You can just go get a money order from Walmart." I want to clarify that I don't have a problem with Fidelity's policies. I have a problem with employees who use their company's "policies" as validation to be rude to potential clients.
