I think the only good thing with them is installation. I will start from the customer service, they never answered my phone call neither my voice mails. I had problems with the film and its been more than a month since Robbie promised me to fix it. I don'y know why he never answered me. they were so unhelpful with me. I brought them business and at least I need some one to answer a phone call. Before they install the film they didn't check if it has any problem, after a week I contacted them and no one answered. One advise from me before you go to them. Before you take your car, check every single protection film they install even if they said its under warranty. First class operation here. I did end up having to wait quite awhile which was particularly inconvenient given that I was trying to make a tee time. However, there was a fairly valid reason and Robbie made it right with me once it was all said and done, and I left very pleased. In a service business such as this doing quality work is obviously very important, but so too is good old fashioned professionalism and customer service. It's also worth mentioning that his shop is meticulously kept, which makes it evident that Robbie and his team obviously take pride in their image and their work. Protective Film Solutions definitely has the most competitive pricing for XPEL tints. You will get the same XPEL product from anywhere offering an XPEL tint, so I was not worried that the lower price would be lower quality, and indeed it was not. Lifetime warranty is a great perk too. The only downside to this tint is that it is hand cut rather than laser cut. This means that the tint film doesn't perfectly fit the windows. While 95% of the car is pretty much perfect, there are a few places where the tint lines curve or make angles that don't quite match those of the car.
