Bob Moses Ceramic Coating recently applied their ceramic coating product to my 2026 Grech RV Sprinter van. This RV is a dark metallic grey color. I could not be any happier with the service. The whole team is super professional and very experienced. Our RV now shines like a mirror, following the application of this coating. It is much easier to clean and maintain as well. Wash times are cut in half. This was not inexpensive, but it is worth every penny. I wouldn't take my boats RV's or other vehicles anywhere else. We had our motorhome and Jeep Wrangler coated about a month ago. I waited to submit my review until I saw how it held up. Well, everything they say is true. Although we haven't been able to wash the RV, I clean the front whenever we reach a new campground. With the ceramic coating it takes me longer to get the ladder out than it does to clean off the bugs. At the last campground I got a bucket of water and went around and wiped down the entire rig. I was amazed at how easily everything wiped off. In addition, the staff at Bob Moses couldn't have been any nicer. I highly recommend this product and the Rockwall location. My photos may be difficult to see but they show both clean and dirty areas. Again, these were cleaned with water and a clean microfiber cloth. read more

Took my daughter's 2023 black Tacoma in for a ceramic coating, not really knowing what CC was all about. The Bob Moses team was very welcoming and immediately jumped on servicing my truck. They took me back for a paint inspection and they gave me a detailed description of what was to be done. I came back a day later to pick the truck up and was amazed at what they were able to do. Moreover, after about a week at home (parked in driveway) I was really able to see what all the fuss about CC is. It keeps its shine and needs minimal maintenance. I have to assume that all the reviews are done by the company themselves. It is 2025, they refused to send over an email quote. Claim that it's their policy they have to talk to me over the phone and have a detailed discussion (i.e. salesmen the hell out of me). This sort of business practice is abhorrent. Show me pictures, show me the quality and give me a quote. As a consumer I'll make a choice. Forcing yourself into 'detailed conversations' or those companies that MUST talk to you in person at your house for any minor thing done to your house, .... are all scam artist that don't have a flat fee but size you up on what they can get away with and sell you on. We had our 2023 Newmar DutchStar 4369 and Ram truck ceramic coated last week at the mothership of Bob Moses in Phoenix, AZ. Matt Moses and his team, led by Matt Porter did a terrific job. Our coach and Ram truck look beautiful! Another observation, we ran into a bunch of bugs on the way to our destination and several birds have christened both vehicles. It is so easy to clean with distilled water then wiping off with a microfiber towel. He does a great job explaining their process, their product, and how to maintain the coating to keep it looking new. Cleaning the vehicles will be so much faster and easier.  If you are considering ceramic coating, I highly recommend you give Matt a call. Re'al and his crew did an excellent job at making my 2017 Nissan Titan to look better than it did when I bought it 8 years ago, although there was a slight hic-up on pick up time which was made up for due to the fact that I dropped my truck off so early the day before it was supposed to be coated, other than that I am 100% impressed with the service and how my truck looks now, the only downside if you are thinking about doing this process is the fact that you can not be lazy No more car washes unless they are touchless, and yes I had become a bit laxed with simply running the truck through a car wash whenever it was dirty and not really taking into consideration how that really damages the paint. Also another thing that impressed me was when I initially contacted them and explained what was going on with my paint they suggested I go to Maaco for a cheap paint job and yes everyone knows they are the Earl Scheib of today, and then get the Ceramic Coating done which was an excellent suggestion, Thanks guys great job read more

I had had my truck ceramic coated previously by another company, and it looked "good" so when I went to Bob Moses I expected pretty much the same result. Boy! Was I wrong!!! I have a 2016 Silverado, black and decided to have it coated primarily only to prevent sun damage and oxidation, but I go so much more. On Labor Day weekend we were to pick our coach up after Matt allowed us to store it for 48 hours to get a good cure before heading back to Colorado. This meant someone had to come to the facility on their long, much needed 4 day weekend. Jordan Mills offered to meet us at 9 am on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend. When we arrived our Coach was dead as a door nail. We were panicked but Jordan worked very hard to help assess and start the coach. He made many phone calls on our behalf and even enlisted Re'al, Bob Moses supervisor, who also made phone calls and scheduled a mobile rv mechanic to help us the next day. Not only did Jordan offer to come in but by helping us he was late for a luncheon he had planned. Not one of those guys ever acted like they were put out or annoyed that their long holiday weekend was being interrupted. Just the opposite. They called numerous times to check on us and followed up after the mobile mechanic got us rolling. Okay folks, I am not one to make super in-depth reviews but I feel that my experience deserves to be shared. I always read reviews before making a large purchase or visiting a new restaurant. Sometimes I read reviews and think to myself, I feel like this is an employee or friend. This is to good to be true. Well this is a very honest review from a real customer....me. I recently sold my truck to a friend and he told me that he was going to have it ceramic coated. I didn't even know that was a thing or what the benefits were. I started my research. I have a BMW M550i. At first I went to the Carwash and had "Detail" give it a buff and wax. Well it was a bit better as far as dryness but was swirled like no other. I brought it to Bob Moses and was greeted by Matt. He came out and took a look at the situation. He was extremely informative and explained what could and could not be fixed. He then asked me to pull it in the shop and he put some bright lights on it to really show what we were working with. He put a meter of some sort on the paint that reads the thickness. He explained the process of 3 step paint correction so I would know exactly what to expect. We made an appointment, I gave a deposit and I was on my way. My appointment day arrived and I dropped of my car as I agreed to. They pulled it into the shop and this time I met the "Wizard" aka Ariello. He was very through once again explaining the process and setting expectations. He took his time and addressed all of my questions and I was on my way. I came back the next day to pick up my car. I had the paint, wheels, calipers and glass coated. I would recommend this to everyone. All I can say is , my car looks better than the day I took delivery at BMW. The paint looks wet. It's so deep and not one swirl. I was blown away. It takes a lot to surprise me and I was blown away. Simply amazing. Now I have had it back for a few weeks and when I picked it up I was schooled on the "proper" way to wash your car by Matt. This guys is very passionate about ceramic coatings and again very through. I purchased all of the soap, glass cleaner and speed shine as recommended by Matt. He explained how to use them and the equipment I need to wash my car correctly. I have done it 2 times now and it is so quick and easy. I have it down to 15 min. Dust and dirt just fall off. Its magic!!! To wrap this up, I was hesitant at first but when I came to pick it up, I saw the difference and made an appointment for my wife's car. I am a customer forever. If you've been following my reviews, you know that if I give 5 stars, that business has earned it. I give honest, unbiased reviews to help my community make a better decision to patronize local businesses. This is one of those times I am proud to give a 5 star to this team. I have a 2018 Tundra that is too big for the garage and being in AZ, the sun will eat you car paint up. I decided to go with Bob Moses Ceramic because they came highly recommended by my AZ Tundra group. Fortunately, they had a cancellation for the next Monday and I took it. Next available would be in December! I dropped it off Monday morning for an evaluation appt. after getting the go ahead, I left it in their care. I got a call from Matt on Tuesday saying he remembered that I had no way to garage my truck and rain was in the forecast. He offered to keep the truck in their garage until the rain passed. Well, it rarely rains in Phoenix, but guess who had two days of it! Ceramic needs a full 48 hrs to cure and it cannot get wet. This was crucial in its successful curing. I picked it up today (Thursday) and went through "schooling" on how to maintain it. Literally, Matt went through every step of maintenance, down to direction of wiping the truck. Bottom line is...it's an expensive investment and your money is hard-earned and hard to come by. When you find a reputable plumber, mechanic, contractor, you stick with them. I've done the research and now I have the proof that these guys will take care of you. Protect your cars/trucks, they last a lifetime! This is the place to go. read more

My personal experience with Bob Moses Ceramic Coating... Vehicle: 2016 Genesis Supreme 34GS Product: Sensha Ceramic Research & Support: I learned of Bob Moses through Facebook. Specifically through the Genesis Supreme owners group. Pictures looked amazing. I called Matt and talked for around an hour. He was very cordial, educated on the product and took the time needed to explain the details. Scheduling: I called and scheduled an appointment two months ahead. At the time, he offered Saturday work to accommodate my brother and I driving from Vegas to Phoenix. Matt was very accommodating and worked a game plan that fit our needs. Arrival & Drop Off: I arrived the night before and dropped off the following morning at 7:00 am. The shop is conveniently located on the north end of Phoenix right off of Interstate 17. They had recently moved to the new shop and space was tight because of the growing customer base but Matt and Real (Shop Lead) made quick work of things. Expect to have Matt back your truck and trailer into the building or use a forklift. Also expect to leave your rig overnight for cure, they actually recommend 48 hours but we picked up after 24 because the weather was good. Pick Up: Wow! The cutting, buffing and application of the product really has an impact. Everything was shiny! They did miss a couple of the bin doors (propane and generator) underneath the fifth wheel but Real made quick work of it. After a 6 hour drive home, there were maybe six bugs on the cap that wiped off with zero effort. Customer Service: This is the real deal, Matt and Real did an amazing job from the very first phone conversation through our departure home. They took the time to explain every detail and really made you feel the passion behind their work and products. They're also honest about what the product can't do. Matt actually reached out to us ahead of time to share some additional information when some challenges popped up around another customers trailer that seemed to fit our situation. I've watched in pictures and been skeptical at times but, based on my experience, I would back this shop's work, products and the guys running it! I drove about 6 hours from SoCal to get the Bob Moses treatment for both my truck and trailer. I didn't give them too much time to work with since i had to be back home for my son's football game. Well it took awhile for me to get my gorgeous 4Runner in to Bob Moses on Bell Rd. I didn't know what to expect. What I got back was a GORGEOUS truck with perfect paint again. No swirl marks from car washing or AZ pin striping. There was a weird storm and my car was damaged and Matt was right on it, called me immediately and said they'd take care of my car no matter what. I wasn't even concerned because they have such a great reputation. My car was perfect when I picked it up. Highly recommend their service. I recently saw a Facebook post from BMCC, regarding their products and their warranty! They said , "Just because someone gives you a warranty or guarantee, you must ask do they have the facilities, work force, time and money in the bank to make good on their promises?" -BMCC just redid my entire trailer- at no cost to me!! Let me explain! I recently took my Trailer into Bob Moses Ceramic Coating Phoenix location for my 1 year check up. My trailer nose cap was in rough shape because the previous owners didn't really take care of the outside. So we already knew our cap was going to need some more love, but when I got a call from Matt Porter he explained that there was some "oxidation under the coating and they had to redo the entire trailer to get it looking better"! I was caught off guard and a little stunned because I thought it looked fine minus the nose cap ‍! So BMCC could have easily said the trailer was fine and looked good and i would have never known. But they stood behind their word and product and we're HONEST about what needed to be done! They didn't cut corners, they redid the entire trailer to make it look up to their standards. (Granted our trailer was 3 years old when we had it coated originally, but they have brought life back Into the exterior!) I appreciate Matt porter and his team for being honest and honoring the warranty, no money out of my pocket! Matthew Moses has built a great reputation and the BMCC employees uphold it!! Had my 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat ceramic coated by Bob Moses in Santa Maria. I thought it was gorgeous before. Now the Octane Red paint really pops and looks like a mirror. TLDR: Bob Moses of Mesa seems to put all their focus on marketing and not enough on workmanship. Their work is okay, but they significantly over-sell it and don't take ownership when they miss the bar they set for themselves. The whole story: After moving to such a sunny state, ceramic coating seemed like a good investment to protect my paint. That said, this service is expensive so I took the time to shop around. After a few quotes, I chose Bob Moses of Mesa due to their glowing reviews, specialization in ceramic coating, and the sales pitch of the location owner, Chris Davern (he called soon after I requested a quote online). During our discussion, he raved about the quality of the product and the quality of their work, as he "[came from a career in detailing before discovering this game changing product]". After some consideration, I set up an appointment for the next week. I carefully reviewed all the paper work, and I "lightly washed" my 2017 Tacoma per the pre-appointment instructions. Come to find out, I should've deep cleaned it, as they surely did not pay attention to what they ceramic coated over. As you likely already know, good ceramic is worthless without good prep work. Given that this is a detail shop and Chris spoke proudly about his years in detailing, I assumed that the prep would be wonderful and the only thing up to question would be the quality of the ceramic coating. I wish. While the spiderwebbing and swirl marks were greatly diminished, they were not totally gone as he claimed they would be prior to the commitment. That was somewhat of a disappointment, but what really sounded the alarms was the remaining bug splatters when I picked up the truck. They literally ceramic coated over bug spatters. When I pointed this out to Chris, he shrugged it off as though it's to be expected even though in his sales pitch, he raved about how it would look better than when it was new. At this point, all I can hope is the ceramic coating at least protects my paint, even if it did lock in bugs in the process. In conclusion: Bob Moses of Mesa does not do terrible work, but they cannot back up their claims. Then when they fail to deliver, they take no ownership; just your money. You'd be better off spending it somewhere that takes their work as seriously as they take their sales pitch. read more

Not many products live up to the hype, but Bob Moses Ceramic Coating sure does. Had our SUV Sensha ceramic coated back in September and after all the recent rain, just wiped it down for the first time today. Not washing car for 4-5 months and it looks clean everyday. This morning I went to wipe it down and literally laughed out loud at how easily the little bit of dirt that was on it came off. 15 minutes later, car looks good as new. Probably as good as the product, the customer service with Matthew Moses is right up there with the best I've ever had. The guys over there really take pride in their work and very friendly. Great peeps in vegas but the coating only lasted 7 months on the front cap on my trailer. I have to high speed the front cap every couple months now. They want me to come back to look at it but it's 4 hours away and that's not feasible since I need to get a hotel, pay for gas, take time off from work, and so on. I wouldn't recommend ceramic coating as it is not much better than the normal wash and wax. Also if you do any kinda of non positive review they remove you from all groups in Facebook. I was looking to protect my investment, but didn't think I'd see much improvement because the car is pretty new. I am super picky and anal about my vehicles and toys.
