I had the pleasure of working with Justi. He came to take care of spiders that we were seeing in the house. My daughter's grandmother was watching the baby while I was working. He was patient and waited until I got off my call and worked on all areas I had concerns. He cleaned up all the cobwebs and even ask to exit through the garage so he wouldn't track the cobwebs in the house. This company was referred to me by my property management for pest control services. The first major issue was that I never received any call, text, or email confirming an appointment. Out of concern, I reached out directly to the vendor to clarify scheduling. From the very beginning of the call, the representative who answered was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. She told me, in a blunt tone, that an appointment had already been scheduled "whether I confirmed or not," and that they would be coming regardless of my consent. Hearing this was alarming and completely inappropriate. As a tenant, it is my legal right to be given notice and to provide consent before anyone enters my home. I live alone with my young children, so boundaries and safety are very important to me. When I tried to explain this, the representative doubled down on her attitude, insisting they were coming regardless. At that point I did lose my cool, and I acknowledge that -- but only because the conversation began with them insisting on entering without my permission. No tenant should be spoken to that way, especially regarding access to their private residence. Instead of de-escalating, the representative abruptly hung up on me. I then spoke with another staff member, hoping for a more reasonable interaction. Unfortunately, the situation only escalated further. This person accused me of making "threats" and said that because of this, the company would not provide service and would instead charge me a "trip fee." This was outrageous because no appointment had ever been confirmed, meaning there was no trip to cancel and no legitimate basis for any fee. For the record, I never made threats. What I said was that if anyone attempted to enter my home without my consent, I would protect myself and my children. That is not a threat -- it is a clear boundary and a legal right every tenant has. Their attempt to twist my words into something more serious felt like an effort to avoid responsibility for their own unprofessional conduct. What troubled me the most was the follow-up. I was told outright that I could not write a review about this experience and that doing so would be considered "slander." That statement was not only false but also deeply inappropriate. Consumers have the right to share factual accounts of their experiences. Honest reviews are not slander, and attempting to silence me only reinforced my concerns about this company's lack of professionalism and accountability. To summarize, this company: Failed to obtain my consent before scheduling service. Claimed they could enter my home whether I agreed or not. Spoke to me rudely and hung up on me. Mischaracterized my words as "threats" when I was only standing up for my rights. Tried to charge a trip fee for an appointment that never existed. Attempted to intimidate me by saying I could not leave a review. This entire situation turned what should have been a simple scheduling matter into one of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had with a service provider. Instead of respect and clear communication, I was met with hostility, misrepresentation, and intimidation. As a single parent with children in the home, I take matters of consent and entry very seriously. I expect vendors working with property management companies to uphold professionalism, follow proper legal procedures, and respect tenant rights. None of that happened here. *Valerie is a LIABILITY to the success of Protector Pest Control* My Landlord, Mr. Lin, contracted this company spray my apartment and I am the person, Valerie has been texting from their 678-785-9524 number to schedule the appointments so that I could be available to open the door. On a few occasions, Valerie has stated via text message that a technician has come to the property and Noone has come. I know this because the appointments have been schedule with me or around my schedule so I would be home waiting and no one would show up. Seems to be a dispatching issue however Protector Pest Control. The last straw was on May 15, 2025, supposedly a technician arrived while was at home and sprayed both the interior and exterior. No one sprayed the interior because I was home. When I spoke to Valerie about it, she provided me with excuses as to why they did not spray the interior, although it was said that they did spray the interior, although no one ever came. Valerie rescheduled with me for today AND no one showed up! Valerie then stated no one showed up for today because they are scheduled tomorrow and sorry we can't do anything about it. I sent her screenshots of her confirmation for today. I asked for the supervisor's name so that I could see if there's anyway someone could honor today but Valerie refused then said she's going to call my landlord. I suppose she no longer wanted to speak with me since I asked for the supervisor. I suggested a 3 way call with landlord then Valerie said I'm going to request that your landlord find another company! Then Valerie told me that she was the supervisor, although I asked for her supervisor. I had to cancel a trip to see my 70+year old parents so that i could be available today...and Valerie didn't even schedule the appointment she confirmed with me for today. So instead of Valerie admitting that she made an error and doing whatever she could to get a technician out today, she is trying to cause Protector Pest Control to loss money. Valerie is a LIABILITY to the success of Protector Pest Control. I hope this isn't a family business because her attitude and pride could destroy a legacy business. Just like many other small businesses, they got too big for their britches and the level of service fell through the floor. Jamie was excellent but stopped having the time and the people they hired were not up to snuff. Extremely disappointing. Additionally, his wife, who handled the appointments was unprofessional and let the ball drop even further. They weren't on time for quarterly services unless you reminded them. read more

ok everyone!! I felt compelled to share my pest control guy with you all!! Jamie Cruzado came to my house yesterday. He is EXTREMELY thorough and precise!!! Im accustomed to orkin or cooks pest control coming and leaving in 15min with there spray bottle..... not the case here... JamIe was at my house for 2.5 hours. He cleaned cobb webs on my deck, got down 3 wasp nests in various places, brought out this blower that has spray in it and blew that in every crack and crevice around my house....Then he put pebble stuff all around the exterior of my home,not just to act as a barrier but he said specifically cockroaches like to eat it and they die and oil off other ones.. I found 1 bug in my house the other day and decided I wanted a service. I keep my house extremely clean so its not like he was there for 2.5 hours because i had major issues he just is very detailed!!! Im not paid by this company and have no relation but i just had to share this because I've never experienced someone that is so passionate about customer service!!! Price was very inexpensive compare to the other companies i called. I LOVE that he has no contract he just comes every 3 months and he charges you. He cleaned spider webs form the corner of my garage!!
