From the beginning Steven has provided us with not just customer service, but with heartfelt consideration and kindness. My husband and I purchased a total lemon of a house. One major issue was that we had a significant infestation of cockroaches, spiders and a large variety of ants. Being that we're recent transplants from the North, we aren't familiar with the types of pests that share our environment let alone how to deal with them. We scheduled an appointment with Steven on the recommendation of our Real Estate agent and he wowed us from day one. Not only did Steven take good care of us on day 1, but he came out 3 more times to support us through the process without charge. Again, this made us feel like he cares about us as people. He cares that he is doing a good through job and that we're doing out part as well. He spoke with us a number of times on the phone addressing issues and assuring us that sometimes cockroaches take a little time to treat and prevent. Now 3 months after move in I can proclaim we are roach free!!! Steven came out for our quarterly visit and was impressed to see how well we took his suggestions and found very few pests still active. Steven is our "Certified Bug Assassin!" He provided us with sanity and made our home feel more like ours and less like a roommate situation! Haha! I'd highly recommend Atlanta Outsourced to anyone! I've been a loyal customer of Noble Pest Control since 2019, but after my recent experience, I had…read moreno choice but to fire them. They've always used water from my outdoor spigot without issue--it's just a few gallons a month. However, on June 20th, everything changed. Their technician came, used the backyard hose with a sprayer, and left the spigot on. When I got home at 11:30 PM, I found the hose had burst from the building pressure, and water had been running for who knows how long. The next morning, I called Noble's office to report the incident. I spoke with a staff member who told me to reach out when my water bill arrived, and I mentioned the damaged hose as well. When the bill finally came, it was nearly three times my normal amount. I contacted their office again, spoke to the same person, and was asked to call the County water office for a day-by-day usage breakdown. Even though I knew it wouldn't help, I tried and then emailed her all the proof on August 8th. By August 15th, I still hadn't heard back, so I followed up. After more delays, on August 19th, their office manager finally called me back. The manager acknowledged that I wouldn't be able to fix the hose and offered me a measly $60 for both the hose and a portion of the water bill. When I refused, he became rude, and we agreed to end my service. In a series of emails, they briefly agreed to do the right thing, only for the owner to email me hours later, reneging on the new amount and reverting to the original insulting offer of $60. To add insult to injury, my latest water bill confirms that the spike was entirely due to their negligence--the cost has returned to normal. But what really seals the deal for me is how unprofessional and dismissive they've been throughout this ordeal. Their office manager even blamed me, claiming I didn't contact them promptly and that I provided incorrect dates--claims that were proven false by their own staff member, Stefanie. In conclusion, I've heard similar horror stories from friends and neighbors. Noble Pest Control doesn't care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. They'll enter your property, cause damage, and then argue over what they think is fair, despite clear proof. Hire them at your own risk.
