I got a new Sienna and wanted it tinted asap so I shopped around. Messaged multiple tint shops on Yelp. ProTint stood out. Jeff hit me back same day with an actual itemized price list, 5 different film tiers, all broken out. Not the usual "call us for a quote" runaround. All windows, windshield, moonroof came out a few hundred under what two other places quoted me for the same thing. Easy call. Nice lady up front checked me in when I got there. The guy taking my order just asked what I wanted on each window. I did my research and knew what I wanted, so I told him the film and shades, he said ok, done. I'm so used to shops trying to upsell me that I came in ready to say no, no, and no. Never had to. And never had to flag either of them down to ask something, or feel like I was bothering them. Had tint done somewhere else before so I've got something to compare to, and the work here is noticeably cleaner. Edges are tight, way fewer water pockets and they're tiny, I expect them gone soon. With summer here and SoCal's hot weather around the corner, I needed some window tint. I shopped around on Yelp and made a few calls. ProTint quoted me better prices compared to a couple of other places. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, but didn't tell me I should make an appointment for the following day, even when I told him I will be going in. The next day, I called in just to double check, and was told they were completely booked, and I should make an apt. So I had to change my plans. Once there, the work took about an hour as stated by the staff. There's a comfortable waiting room where I relaxed. The job was great. There was no bubbling and looked awesome. I noticed the ceramic tint I chose did a great job deflecting the Las Vegas over 100 degree heat on my recent road trip. No complaints. I will be taking my future tint jobs here from now on, and I'll be sure to make an appointment prior to going. read more

Service Requested: Install (my own new provided) 2 Kicker 46HS10 10" Hideaway subs on my 19' RAM 1500 Sport Crew Cab. Quality: The audio install technician did an amazing job of the install, doing a clean job of hiding the cables and mounting the bass knobs a reachable location by my steering wheel. He asked me where I wanted them, I showed him and he got it done. Value: They gave me a great price as my install was a very straight forward setup. They charged me $240 for labor which was a reasonable price due to the fact that I provided all the new hardware (no amps needed, straight plug n play with these subs and comes with everything you need). It took about 3 hours for them to install it. I hung around in their waiting area, walked around the area for a bit and grabbed lunch at the Hat and they called me when it was ready. The staff there were great and friendly. I like how the subs increased the bass on my radio system, not too much bass but just the right amount that you can hear and feel. TL;DR: Not recommended. Time estimates were inaccurate and installation quality was unacceptable. I was quoted $200 for tinting two front windows, with an estimated 1-hour turnaround. First visit: When I arrived with an appointment, I was told it would actually take 3 hours -- requiring me to arrange two Uber rides. Soon after, I noticed increased wind noise, significant residue, and the tint began peeling from the bottom. Second visit: Returned a few days later. I was assured a fix would take less than 2 hours, but I didn't get a call until 4 hours later. More Uber rides. Within days, the tint began bubbling and peeling again -- in the same spot. I followed all aftercare instructions carefully: no window use, no touching the film. At this point I've spent $200 on the tint, $150 on Ubers (4 trips), 7+ hours waiting -- and now have to pay another shop to remove and replace the tint properly.
