11/02/2023 I asked a question and of course, the Yelp app wanted to reach out to other potential businesses for a quote. Each business had responded in a timely manner. To keep it short, I met the owner JD upon arrival and he immediately greeted my with welcome. He was able to explain every single different type of tint that they offered. Tint Haus just happened to run a deal for $100 with a 3 year warranty. I happened to choose a different package with a deal that JD and I agreed to. JD has no issues explaining and giving his own personal thoughts of what tint percentage I should go for. Just with that conversation, I knew JD was 100% all about the customer and keeping it real. All the windows on my tint were fine expect for the one quarter windows. If you zoom in at one you will notice that one of the tint cut was not cut straight. And the position of the tint for both quarters glass were slightly off. Update: the owner contacted me directly and told me to come back and he was able to fix the issues. So to save time on the story, my a pillar trim was loose due to an installation(done by friend, not this business) and it had been in place although not secured very well, until one sweet day I was on the 605 and it came down. I called around 5:30 made it in before closing and JD was able to assist me. He took a look brought his tools out and told me the clip was broken and would need replacement. I got a referral for this tint place so i message them on Instagram and theyre response rate is literally right away! I was just getting an estimate and decided to inquire on location as well on the weekend... It was a little hard to find the place so we were guided on how to get there since its in the back across from the car wash. I was told to speak to Rene when we got to this place. When we got there Rene was ready to assist us since it wasnt too busy and was our first time getting the tint. He went over the different options and my father decided on the shade and the type of tint which was awesome. He did a little demonstration to tell the difference between the different tints which was quite helpful. It was for my fathers car since hes been wanting to get our car tinted for the longest. Since it wasnt too busy of a day our car was ready in 1.5 hours (2 people worked on our car) which was awesome and was impressed and satisfied with the work and time put into it. The main guy provided me with information about my options plus multiple examples on his computer and we looked at just finished cars. I got their premium tint. Boy do I feel the difference in my car. My car is cooler. I don't feel the sun burning my left arm and I don't need to run the AC as long or as high because the inside is already cool. There's a window tint removal fee that increased based on the difficulty of removing the existing tint in the back window. They explain this fee. My car was finished in about two hours. Quick. Horrible service and customer service. Had originally purchased a coupon from Groupon, upon arrival he charged an additional $50 on top of the $75 promo on Groupon. I have a 2 door, but that wasn't the problem went ahead and paid it. After only 3 days the tint started to bubble, when I returned to get it fixed (1 year warranty as stated on Groupon) they wanted to charge me. After back and forth and showing proof of purchase they repaired it, for it to only bubble up again. Don't waste your time, you'll end up going back to get it fixed over and over again. read more

Amar and Puente Blvd location. We called to see if we can do a walk-in and luckily the appointment they have for that time didn't show up so we went to get window tint. They gave us different option and recommended the ceramic one. The technician (Miguel) was very knowledgeable and even demonstrated his truck to see how dark it'll be from the inside. We decided to get a ceramic tint all around and the price was a lot lower compare to the other once we got quoted on. It's got some tiny bubbles on some windows that you won't see until you look closely which is fine because of the lifetime warranty. I'll change to 5 star and the review as soon as I have the time to drive to your location and get the bubbles fixed. Hopefully soon. I'll post pictures as well. read more
