The guy taking my order just asked what I wanted on each window. I did my research and knew what I wanted, so I told him the film and shades, he said ok, done. I'm so used to shops trying to upsell me that I came in ready to say no, no, and no. Never had to. And never had to flag either of them down to ask something, or feel like I was bothering them. Had tint done somewhere else before so I've got something to compare to, and the work here is noticeably cleaner. Edges are tight, way fewer water pockets and they're tiny, I expect them gone soon. Probably bringing my 1st gen Taco here next to get retinted. Drove almost an hour each way and still worth it. Will update review if anything changes but I'm satisfied with the result.

Later, I decided to give them more business and brought my mom's Toyota Yaris hatchback to get tinted. The first time I was quoted $230. When I came back, I was quoted $330 for the same car. That's a $100 difference, which made no sense to me. On the day I planned to have the tint done, I waited for over an hour for them to open. Eventually, I got tired of waiting, called another local tint shop, and took the car there instead. I don't mind paying a fair price for good work, but I expect consistent pricing and a business to be open when it's supposed to be. After giving them another opportunity, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I actually want to give this place 2.5 stars. On the one hand, the price of the service was very…read morereasonable and affordable, and the film looked like it was applied well. The person who helped me seemed nice and was transparent about removing the stickers I had so they could place the film. On the other hand, I looked in the backseat and saw there were scuff marks/ black marks left on my seats---and since the seats are made of cloth, I don't know how easily they'll get out. I don't know why they didn't use film or paper to cover the seats while they worked on the back window. They never called or texted me to tell me that my car was done. I was waiting for a few hours, and it was only after I called them first that they told me the car was ready. They had my number too. Overall the film was quality, but they should keep in mind that customers need to know when their cars are ready, and that we don't have time to clean our own seats that they dirtied up in the first place.
